- Apologies for the background noise here. The VHS tape this was pulled from doesn't appear to be in the greatest shape. Also, with about 5 minutes left in the second quarter, Jim Harbaugh fumbled and the Vikings recovered. That play is missing from the recording I have and I couldn't find it elsewhere.

Dunkleman Channel....where the Vikings remain undefeated!
He posted the 2004 loss to the colts
Ouch! I missed that. Repressed memory on my part, I guess. Hope I don’t have flashbacks.
Don’t you have a bridge you should be under?
Watching Jeff George throw a football is one of my favorite NFL things.
Watching carter and moss catch a football is one of my favorite nfl things.
Me too!
Cris Carter did something well all want to do which is beam a ref in the face and didn't get kicked out of the game 😂
Love how excited Harlan gets
When that dude gets into the moment he's undefeated. They should add a zero to his contract.
Potential future highlight request:
One I’m surprised funkydunkleman hasn’t done yet, the 1992 Bears Audible game
1999 was one of the most frustrating seasons for me. Horrible defense and an offense that didn't have the same swagger as the previous season.
How did Randall fall apart so much?
@@Nonsense1986 seems like every Vikings qb that has a good season just falls off the next. Favre in 2010, culpepper from 2001-03. Keenum. Kirk is mediocre but he’s consistent
Up there with 2018. At least the 99 team made the playoffs and won a playoff game, 2018 was a disaster after the Carlson cut and bills disaster
It's amazing how bad this Vikings defense was year in and year out after the 98/99 season
What a weird Chargers team. Leaf was out for the year so they had to wheel out old Jim Harbaugh. The rest of the roster is Junior Seau, Rodney Harrison, and a bunch of random dudes.
And went 8-8 which was probably a massive overachievement
Crazy too that they won 4 out of their last 5 and finished just a game outside of the playoffs at 8-8.
@@funkydunklemanthat one game they lost was a 12-9 FG battle with the Dolphins who just so happened to get the last playoff spot
Harbaugh was 36, and in his second to last season.
John Elway gets a lot of credit as a real fastballer, but I always thought Jeff George put more zip on balls. It's no wonder Moss dropped that first pass.
And Kevin Harlan has been around forever. No wonder he's so good at calling the NBA and NFL.
@@deanladue5367Jeff George & Dan Marino.
Great shoot out. We can always wonder what mightve been if Denny picked George over Cunningham.
Just think if Jeff George would have been on the Bills this year and beyond or drafted by the Bills in 1990 he would have a lot of Super Bowls.
That O-line, tho. 💪
born in 98... man I wish I was alive to watch these viks teams... at least i GET TO watch JJ tho!!
3:57 - "a seductive move by Moss" --🤣🤣
Jeff George - million dollar arm, 10 cent head
What QB would you consider the opposite? (Million dollar head, 10 cent arm)?
@@chrisuncleahmad Peyton at the end. Brees always had an average arm at best. Matt Ryan maybe?
@@chrisuncleahmad maybe not a million dollar head, but chad Pennington had a noodle arm but was smart and made good decisions. Injuries derailed his career unfortunately
Sir Francis Tarkenton.
Dumb!
A great offense, unstoppable but a terrible defense
Yep it was like that until 2005. I still think 2009 is the most balanced vikings team ever
@@Johnhargrove18 I still think that was the team that should take us to the super bowl again
