- My Genshin Impact Origins series is back! With this video I tell all about Candace's origins and back story. These videos are often the most complicated to write, and write, but they are also the most fun. Candace also happens to be in lore one of my favorite characters in the game and I am beyond pleased to share this video today.

This man did really well on delving into her backstory. It made me love her even more as a character!

My favourite Genshin character is honestly Zhongli. There are a lot of great characters, but Zhongli has that epic voice and calm temperament, as well as some of the most interesting lore in the game! I'll always be up to hearing a story from our 6000-year-old stone dragon grandpa!
His personality is boring to me lol, but yeah ofc they gonna give the most stories to the Chinese equivalent.

Candace = strong, skilled, respected with a legendary backstory in Lore, 4* with meh stats
Dehya = one of the most skilled eremite mercenaries, 5* with meh stats
then we got funeral parlor owners, overworked government secretaries and book nerds who can obliterate bosses?
why can't Mihoyo at least somewhat match their stats to their lore?

My favorite Genshin character is Eula!
I am ngl the sneeze in her teaser got my attention at the start, but after seeing her elegant moves and the way she handles the claymore I could not resist.
Her back story was just icing on the cake.

Zhongli is definitely my favorite. He has such a long history and the more we learn about it, the more I like him.
My favourite character is Canadian Aether.
My reasoning: Because he's Aether, but Canadian.
Damn the people who played the characters did a nice job, wonder who they are.

Great video. I’m always happy to see when a new one of your shows up! 😁 Zhongli will always be my favorite old man. He is sophisticated, powerful and mysterious…and he is my protector (my dodging skills are probably the worst in Genshin).
My favorite character probably Layla! I love her character design and share her complicated relationship with sleep :) Her story is really interesting to me too, huge fan of that sleepwalking eccentric. Yae Miko has also been one of my absolute favs due to a mix of enjoying her gameplay and personality
I'm bad with favorites so its really hard to pick just one, so here's 3 instead! I've played since launch and got Barbara, Fischl, and Klee very early on and I'm sure I've used them more than any other characters in the game. Barbara's purehearted personality and healing songs made her the most reliable companion I could ask for in virtually any party and against any challenge. Also her magic is filled with colorful stars which matches my aesthetic~. Klee is a ray of sunshine and barrel of fun, and while she enjoys blowing everything up, its impossible to be mad at her. On top of that, the writers always keep you guessing about her mom Alice. Fischl, I love her chuuni persona and could never tire of listening to her go on about how she's seen the destruction of infinite worlds, and how she'll bring judgement upon this one! Plus its clear that Mona, who I also love for being a star mage like myself, also enjoys Fischl's company and persona, and seeing her play along with Fischl never fails to make me smile.
Anyone who respects Barbara gets a like from me!

Since Candace rarely leaves the village, and she states this a few times. I wonder who we are actually traveling with. Like are they the real characters themselves, or just something the stars created from the Traveler’s memories.

Great video. You have the perfect tone of a story teller. Bennet is probably my favorite, closely followed by fischl and candace. Hoping next time she is on rate up can grab candace cons. I am really enjoying bennet burgeon/burning.

My favorite genshin impact character is Ganyu she is like my type and I love her skills.
over all my favorite character will always be Xiao, but I play Alhaitham and Kaeya more these days since Dendro Impact. Candace is a favorite on my F2P, hydro Kaeya is super fun lol

What got me into this game was Kazuha and Eula. But would I say they're my fav character? After doing they're story quest I found them a little boring after that. I hope Natlan and Fontaine has the characters I'm looking for. In hoping Capitano will be playable and if not I hope he dies with Honor and glory for his name sake. He seems pretty strong. As for my fav female character by design so far it's Arrlechino.
