Went to a production of a Midsummer Night's Dream at the Globe a few years back. Brilliant experience. Luckily, it didn't rain. His ashes are interred beneath the stage in the theatre. Sam was the father of the lovely Zoe of course.

He is intelligent, thoughtful and kind and have subscribed to his channel for a year or so. As far as I know he is an actor. So maybe you can explain to me why he has never heard of those two giants of 20th century American literature namely T.S. Eliot and Henry James?

Decades ago I used to work with an American colleague - while she was excellent in her speciality she always lamented her lack of general knowledge compared to her British colleagues. American schools appear not to achieve the breadth of knowledge that British and European ones strive for.

Never met Tori Amos but in another life as part of a UK Audio company I had occasion to speak to her more than once, she was always pleasant and poite in the way that brits recognise instimctively. Everybody in the company that dealt with her was only ever had positive things to say about her. I wish I had met her 'cause I think she was a special person.

Being found not guilty and being innocent aren't exactly the same thing. If you read the details of the cases there is some shady stuff on both sides. While I'm not saying that he should be punished for anything he didn't do, it is worth noting that he did lose the civil case with the House of Cards production companies and had to pay $31 million in damages for violating their sexual harassment policy. This is important because the different standards for civil vs criminal cases mean that a lot of people who are "not guilty" criminally still lose in civil cases, the famous one being O J Simpson.
You are right, he was cleared by a criminal court of 9 offences. But you forget, everyone feels they know better. Courts are no longer "Innocent until proven guilty." they are now "Guilty until you prove your innocence, and even then you will still be guilty.".

More recently another Stanley has left the United States and settled in London, Stanley Tucci of course the brother-in-law of British actress Emily Blunt.
Tucci is also a great cook and is good friends with English actor Colin Firth.
Tucci has become somewhat of an aging celebrity here in the UK and the female population seem to love him.
He married Felicity Blunt and ultimately moved to the UK for love after having successfully battled cancer following the death of his previous wife.
But I think Stanley Tucci is loved on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.

Kevin Spacey was found NOT GUILTY on ALL charges. Wether we agree or disagree with this verdict, the law is the law, and as far as the judicial system is concerned, Kevin Spacey has NEVER been found guilty of ANY charges. It seems that once again, pubic opinion can ruin a career just by accusation alone, and even after being found innocent of all charges in a court of law, it's disgusting that people still have this vigilanty attitude. In these messed up times, imagine if you were in his shoes, being accused and then found Not Guilty in multiple courts, yet your career and life is ruins - not nice right?

If Kubrick wasn't on this list they'd have had to tear it up and start again, the man infamously refused to leave the UK, to the point he shot both the US military base scenes and the Vietnam scenes of Full Metal Jacket here - I actually lived for a number of years around where those Vietnam scenes were shot, but yeah he infamously imported huge numbers of palm trees to make east London look something like Vietnam. To be fair it works, if you didn't know it is plausible..

You should have heard the confusion back when Harry Potter first became popular (the books, not the films) and no one knew how to pronounce Hermione. The one I recall was Her-mee-own, but there were several pronunciations going around.
