The amazing yamaguchi venom is really good, but I think you were unlucky and bought the first version, the reisue is a very solid figure
Bruh, yamaguchi venom is top 3 best venom figures! Maybe you bought it used, bad qc or resealed, but nothing that a little Kikis solution won't fix.

I got the unmasked Magneto head from Casting Cave and asked them to fit it for a Mafex and they were able to. Looks PERFECT! I don't now if they ship to Japan, but if anyone's in the US and owns the Mafex Magneto, I would looking into getting a custom head.
