Erin, I love your videos and this is a great new concept of delivering useful information to your audience. I hope in the future you gonna make non-alcoholic beverages too! For me it just doesn't make sense to put together the meditation, focus, work ethic AND alcohol lol. But maybe that's just me as I personally don't find pleasure in getting drunk. I liked the idea though, it's fresh and never seen anyone does this before! :)

I love your videos and I also love that you don't just stand or sit down without being expressive. There are times though where you move so much that it begins to annoy me because it is so distracting. Like when you move on every word rather than the important words and phrases and some non important words. I think its great to move to keep people listening and not just hearing what you are saying.

I agree with all your tips especially with being comfortable with feeling uncomfortable and committing to decisions. I know its not easy to do these, to leave my comfort zone, but its not going to help me accomplish my goals. Thank you for this great video!
Thanks another great blog. One point is someone who is in consent pain and how to work with the pain and run a business and live your life. You never know how you will feel one day to the next. You could be having a good day or... a day when you hardly can get out of bed.. life throws curves and with pain it is how to live with it but still enjoy your life.

I agree, I love how expressive and engaging you are in videos Erin but lately I’ve been getting quite distracted by the hand movements. Almost to the point where I can’t take in what you’re saying. I don’t mean this in a negative way! Sometimes an outside perspective can just help uncover areas to improve :)
