- Natural Motion said the R34 GTR community event for elite tuners is now on. All we have to do is 1.5 million upgrades on the 2017 GTR and we all get the R34 GTR Free!
Here is the catch, it is for customization upgrades, and its vaguely stated what is considered a customization upgrade. That being said, I have some ideas based on the costs involved. Let me know what you think.

Max I did some about 3 or 4 days ago does that count towards car and if so as a community we should have have already met 1.5.
I sort of doubt it. They were supposed to activate this thing during the holidays, but we never saw it. I think they just started to counting maybe yesterday.
I'm 100% sure, that car release date is set already and all this community stuff is just to make noise. In all similar events we never get community prizes quickly, even, if there is hundreds of thousands peeps playing this game.
Ok, now we got update on 250k milestone. If we take, that everyone did 4 custom upgrades on car, so only 62.5k people did it?! 🤣 Game is most profitable racing game on Google store and has 10+ mil downloads + iOS. Even, if only 1% of downloaders is playing this game, progress has to be much bigger. Get out of here NM and make better saga.

And now as of 6am CST only 250k upgrades. Wow NM I know more than that play and have upgraded their cars! 🤔
This seems to implicate some of the cosmetics don't count.

Max, i didnt understand this. I spent more than 1.5 m $ for customization of the gtr r35 but nothing happened. Do i understand something wrong? 🤔
So the way this works is that each of our upgrades to body kit, wings, etc counts as one upgrade regardless of cost. The total is 1.5 million upgrades among all players. Not individually spending. Natural motion reported a day ago we as a player base reached 250k total upgrades.

Great info as usual. But its only the total acumalitve value that is important and is the only qualifier. You mentioned the amount of adds /customizations but from what i see that is not important.
Remember the language says 1.5 million upgrades, collectively... This means 1.5 million times an upgrade has to be made to the car among all the players collectively. It does not say 1.5 million "in" upgrades.

I don’t think Natural Motions would let us off the hook by just buying the exhaust colors back to back, I think they’d be smarter than that and make it harder for us as they do

Upgrade does not. You need to apply body kits and wings and colors under customizations.

They announced it today. Even though officially it was supposed to start a few days ago.
CSR posted Wheels (Tires), Rims, Body Kit, Spoiler (Wing), they forgot Hood and Exhaust. That's what is new on the Tuner Cars( 5 new items), except Rims. If they include rims as the 1.5M Custom Parts (Standard Elite) then the remaining Elite items should be included too?! Customize not Upgrades ( Fusion & Stages) NM is confused and confusing us! Your Exhaust( this is exhausting!) theory should work also because it's not a one time purchase to change colors, NM will probably change that or not include it. Miners not Minors😁

It is 1.5 million individual cosmetic upgrades among the entire player base. Not cash value. Actual upgrades applied to the car in the form of body kits, wheels, tires, wings, etc.

No. That is the confusion. It is player base wide event. You just need to do some type of cosmetic upgrades to the GTR to help towards the 1.5 million cosmetic modifications total goal among the entire player base. You can do a cheap modification or spend a ton. That is your choice.
@@maxthegamerOG 1.5 Million is too little for such a goal. I have spent almost 1.5 million on my two accounts! So I really don't understand what they mean. There are hundreds of thousands of players that play this game. We have probably exceeded the 1.5 Million goal already!
@@eleos11 actually they updated today and the player base has only done 250k cosmetic upgrades collectively so far.
@@maxthegamerOG I think they have confused millions for billions... Probably they want 1.5 Billion in cash collectively. Personally I have spent 675k on each of my two accounts. So yeah I am at 1.5 Million already all by myself.
@@eleos11 it's not about money spent. They want people to upgrade collectively 1.5 million times. That means each body kit you install, regardless of price counts as 1 upgrade.

Its an event which every active player's part would contribute to the total NM set as the goal. We have had similar events in the past. Everyone helps out with a game wide total goal of having 1.5 million customizations applied to the Nissan GTR 2017 tier 5.

They will eventually update that on their site. We had similar situation with past community events. But there will be no way to track individual player performance.
