Your video is informative but If chlorine is leakage then what is your first course of action?
As you said water we cant apply its right then what we can do to extinguish such kind of fire or what we can do if such kind of hazard

For chlorine Leakage, we have to arrest Leakage or neutralize with caustic solution and scrubbing system... use BA set for all such actions
