    This is amazing, finally a different build (utilizes vampire a little too!) than anything else I've seen. Cheers! Extremely clear & easy to understand as well btw, you rock.

      @@Nightharrow btw would it be possible to squeeze one or two more vampire abilities somewhere in there? I know I'll gimp myself a little, but I desperately want to make a vampire NB that 'works'. You're my last hope LOL
      I guess Eviscerate/Blood Frenzy and Mesmerize could somehow fit somewhere, but I haven't played in ages, you know better. :P

    Thank you! I’ve been trying to figure out how to solo with nightblade but I’m such a dps main I don’t know how to factor in tankiness. I’ve been wishing you could see people’s builds on the leaderboard!

      So true, the same for me, i go for DPS and have trouble to go tanky... and i have to admit i'm a bit suspicious of this build in the way like, will i be able to kill literaly anything solo with this... but i have to give it a try, cause stage 1 or 2 of arc 4 is my final one and i like to get at least to the final boss mode one day :D so, thanks for the build, hope it doesnt takes hours to get anything killed solo :P

      Just start with your dps build and start switching to this just before you usually have your first death.

    Important to note with the build, if you want to drop either of the sets dropping Torugs is better, Heartland Conqueor is multiplicative with the enchant visions in there. Torugs pact is additive. So once you're 2 or more enchant vision the gain from HC is much higher.

    • @Nightharrow
      @Nightharrow  Před 8 měsíci

      Hey Rasnus, thanks for dropping by. The reason I had recommended swapping heartland over torugs is that I thought it was giving a shorter cooldown so you could have it proced on multiple targets, and/or so if it proced on the wrong target it was less of an issue.
      I could have gotten this wrong/confused though, so I appreciate you saying something.

    • @rasmuskruger6542
      @rasmuskruger6542 Před 8 měsíci

      @@Nightharrow You're right about the cooldown the cooldown without Torugs is 5 second and the duration only 5 seconds, but as long as you apply with light attacks you can control it. Torugs makes it much easier to keep 100% uptime.

    • @Nightharrow
      @Nightharrow  Před 8 měsíci

      Yeah, I think that was my rational for recommending keeping torugs, just for safety. So it sounds like we agree on the principals. Lol just have some different recommendations based on that.
      Hopefully this will help anyone seeing it make an informed decision based on their preference. Thanks for dropping the comment!

      @@Nightharrow I just wanted to put it since a lot of people would see 30% with HC and 45% with Torugs and assume Torugs was the the bigger buff to the enchant, when actually you get 300 more stats from HC at 5 visions, but that that point I might actually agree with you that I would much rather have the safety of the 2.2 second cooldown.

    This is cool and all, but…this build needs sooo much help. First of all, it’s not an Argonian. Like, wtf my dude??? Second of all, your partner isn’t an Argonian. Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone knows that argonians have the highest dps, hps, and tps (tankiness per second).
    Now that I gave you the most honest critique of all time…great video! I appreciate all the hard work you put into to these. I might try to play nightblade again. I’ve been avoiding it because I utterly suck at that class. I’m looking forward to more of your videos! 😊

    I haven’t attempted archive at all yet but been looking for a build and this helped a lot! Curiousity when you ran the vampire ult what stage vamp were you? Stage 3 for undying? Or just stage 1? Thanks for the build!

    • @Nightharrow
      @Nightharrow  Před 8 měsíci +1

      Just stage 1. The vamp ult was honestly a lackluster option, but the alternatives aren’t really useful, so it’s kind of the best of the not so good options.

      It’s whatever your base build is. I’ve got a few meta builds on the channel if you are interested and a trash build for the non-boss fights. All should work well if you modify them with this videos info.

    I have a question which is what do you think about my warden rework.
    - Frost Pulsar - add like snare
    - impulse - add area effect timer
    - ice fortness - add Release your gain Major Resolve, increasing your Physical and Spell Resistance by 5948 for 20 seconds. While active, the armor returns 284 frost Damage to any enemy that uses a direct damage attack against you in melee range, scaling off your Physical and Spell Resistance. From spiked armor
    - frozen retreat - add also 5 second area effect damage and i believe it should be perfect but do need a executed ability.

    • @Nightharrow
      @Nightharrow  Před 9 měsíci +1

      I like the idea of frozen armor being able to do some damage, that’s a fun and appropriate idea. I guess it could be a bit of a passive damage issue since you have gripping shards that scales based of tank stats, but it sounds fun.

    In terms of DPS for Endless, would you say Magicka or Stamina Nightblade is better?

    • @Nightharrow
      @Nightharrow  Před 8 měsíci +2

      Not the most satisfying answer but I think both are totally valid. Basically all damage types will give you some sort of proc that will work well with the EA buffs.
      One could argue casting spells with mag helps you save stam for blocking and I think that’s valid. But both can work well.

    Love this guide and your videos. I just ran it on my NB and I’m not sure if it was a bugged instance but it appeared that Attuned Enchantments was not showing any changes to the tooltips on my gear. Do you know if there is a bug or maybe a vision that breaks attuned enchantments?

    • @Nightharrow
      @Nightharrow  Před 8 měsíci +1

      I had a similar problem with a different vision last night that ruined the run. It appears that there is a bug that cause different buffs to sometimes not work for a run.
      I think the problem is sporadic and affects different visions which leads me to think we will have to deal with it for a very long time.
      Also, thank you! It’s great to hear these guide and info are helpful!

      @@Nightharrow that’s good to know! Your guides are amazing and I appreciate that you identify the more flex skills. I got a couple mag recovery visions quickly so I was able to swap siphoning attacks for Mirage. Keep up the amazing work! Any plans for a necro EA guide?

      @Nightharrow  Před 8 měsíci +1

      Yeah, I was debating Templar or Necro next, but I think they will take me a bit. Next couple of guides are going to be more standard PvE necro tank/Nightblade healer guides. But I’ll keep on it, and try not to take too long.

      @@NightharrowI just did another run and the same thing happened at two stacks of Attuned Enchantments the weakening glyph with Heartland and Torugs was at 806 and the same with Weapon Power, I checked some other weapons and Flame and Poison enchantments were 7000s, once I was done in EA they dropped back to 3674 as normal. I’m on PS-N.A. maybe there maintenance is off from PC, but it looks like Weakening enchantments are not being effected by Attuned Enchantments.

    NB is a very hard class to balance I got 112 kills in less than 1 hour in pvp just last night you can 2 to 3 shot 90% of players in Cyrodil. Those 10% are DK’s and Wardens with little exception.

    • @lukasr1166
      @lukasr1166 Před 9 měsíci +1

      That's what happens when the entire classes damage is stuck in 3 abilities. Conceled weapon, merciless resolve, incap. That's most of a NB damage, which is good for pvp but god awful in pve since Burst is rarely important. It's clear that NB is designed for pvp since the lack of aoe and focus on burst is just not how pve works. ZoS knows that since no other class has it's damage so loaded into so few ST only, burst abilities. maybe it's the "burst class" but that does not work in pve leaving NBs in a terrible state.

    • @Nightharrow
      @Nightharrow  Před 9 měsíci

      I don’t know if it’s hard so much as they are making it hard, but yeah, agree it’s a problem. The changes they made over the summer were just wierd and I don’t think they worked out like ZOS expected.

    • @lukasr1166
      @lukasr1166 Před 9 měsíci

      @@Nightharrow I think balancing NB is very essy honestly. Move some of the damage from incap, conceled weapon and merciless resolve into other NB skills such as their dots and aoe abilities. Not only would this make the ST dps the same in pve, you'd have more access to aoe damage, and the Rotation would be easier since you're not reliant on getting perfectly timed incaps and merciless resolve. It would also nerf the brust of NB in pvp which so many want.

    • @Nightharrow
      @Nightharrow  Před 9 měsíci

      Sounds like a great plan. What if instead they moved more damage onto an odd skill with a short duration to further complicate the already complicated rotation? Lol just seems more likely.
