You may want to hollow out the middle of the stand. Stuff should fall to the ground under the hive, not settle under. Especially varroa and water ... my hives have done better when the stand is open to air underneath.

Lol I mean it looks like your house is still fairly close to your neighbors, but that that creek is maybe a couple acres plus back from your house. Seems interesting to say the least.
Yeah, it’s interesting, we own the small lot up by the house then it opens up behind a few hoses. It is long and skinny and goes back 2.5 acres. Thanks!
