I think it's time to make it more appealing for potential buyers. Real estate can be quite the rollercoaster! the stress and uncertainty are getting to me. I think I'll cut rents to attract potential buyers and exit the market, but i'm at crossroads if to allocate the entire $680k liquidity value to my stock portfolio?
"Overall, buyers hold a lot of the cards right now, and sellers are having to give out more concessions to close a deal." All the best, buying on sale is actually one of the best ways to invest in stocks, and advisors are ideally suited for such task.
Until the Fed clamps down even further I think we're going to see hysteria due to rampant inflation. If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now with financial markets will be best you seek a fin-professional with fiduciary responsibilities who knows about mortgage-backed securities for proper guidance.
There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with “Jessica Lee Horst” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling! ......
Don’t be confuse buying the dip in a bear market, with guaranteed future returns. Just because that company is down 60%+ from ATH does NOT make it a sound long-term investment. Make sure you’re investing in great companies. kudos to elliot karen
I really appreciate the dedication in each video you post. To be successful one has to have multiple income streams and so on, also investors should understand the crossover between asset classes & liquidity flow, joanna claire focuses on Multi-asset trading, a single strategy to manage risk, profit, and the code or the actual decision-making across multi-asset classes. Her skills set is top notch
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my entire life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Katherine Stewart.
Wow. I'm a bit perplexed seeing her been mentioned here also Didn’t know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, I'm in my fifth trade with her and it has been super.
She is my family's personal Broker and also a personal Broker to many families in the United states, she is a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in the United States.
This is one of my favorite channel, Thanks for breaking it down!! I'm glad I can still smile, I'm really happy for today. I finally got my profit of $70,000 on this crypto investment after feeling so escatic and heavy minded that nothing good can come out of it
I'm celebrating a $42k stock portfolio today. started this journey with 6k. I have invested on time and also with the right terms now I have time for my family and the life ahead of me
Every week I buy more of whatever is the lowest percentage of my portfolio and try to keep everything around 10%, but what could be my safest buys with $400k to outperform the market in 2024?
Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience. If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.
Many people minimise the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm solvent. I looked for licenced advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.
Margaret Ellen Whitlock is exceptional in navigating tough markets. She has been planner ever since we met in London global economy conference. she's verifiable , so you could just search her and book an apointment. good luck!
Just going by off your thumbnail the economy is not strong. Anyone who thinks the economy is strong is delusional. The stock market is disconnected from the actual economy. The reason why for that is only the top 20% of Americans are in the stock market. And when you had stimulus checks and PPP loans where do you think that money is going to go to the stock market. Therefore it's detached . Money always floats to the top from stimulus. If unemployment is rising and bankruptcies are rising bad credit card debt is the highest it's ever been on top of and after getting stimulus that means prices are out of control that means we're in a recession

Yeah tell that thumbnail to the July manufacturing ISM that came out at 46.8. it was almost a 2 point drop which is almost 5% delta. Huge drop
Economy is strong for the 1% is all they care about
Thanks
We're interviewing anyone now?
This aged well
Economy is only strong if you're a Keynesian economist looking at aggregate numbers
Economy is strong...no it is absolutely not.
Danny is a bit fixated with FCI without good evidence since 2023
But why would he cut? Inflation is still above goal.
Because unemployment is creeping up, and unemployed voters are usually not benevolent to politicians.
markets tank the next day 😂😂
It sounds like he doesn’t understand bonds at all. I definitely wouldn’t listen to this guy.
