Yep, just got one and have the same issue. Found this on thier website 'The Desire Matte Black Jug Blender is not only functional but it takes safety into deep consideration. With a safety lock on base preventing the jug from separating from the base mid blend and non-slip feet for increased stability you will be sure to have a pleasant blending experience!
Have tried blending high fiber veggies such as kale or cruciferius veggies? I wondering if the otger russell hobbs blender with 6 blades woukd be better but it has 600W... thanks!
