The Ninja Warriors Once Again - Yaksha 1CC (Hard)

- Yaksha has the most combo potential, so she might be the most fun character to thoroughly learn. For now, I just rely on a few juggles that do good damage and were easy to figure out, but maybe she has better options. This just worked well enough to beat the game with (although things got messy from time to time).

"Great work finalizing the androids, doctor! But, um... I'm curious as to why the female models are so... bouncy."
"Look, I've been working on these androids nonstop for months, playing God in a freaking basement. What do you expect?"
"We should have expected this when hiring only teenage boys for the designer team."
I had the same thought
I never see this character before. Only ninja, kunoichi and kamaitachi in snes version.

The Yaksha is truly what peak performance looks like
And by peak, we mean mountain peaks😂😂😂
This remaster looks and sounds incredible. This is a prime example of how classic game remasters should be done. I want more!
Г
Agreed
Amen brother 🤩🙏!
What system is this remaster for ? Cheers
I'd love to see Gradius Gaiden get this same treatment.
1CC? More like TH1CC!
...I'm sorry.
There's no way to like and dislike a comment at the same time, so i'll just leave a reply.
Everyone... Prepare the tomato catapults.
No worries; your profile pic/username sums up our reaction sufficiently
👏👏👏
Oh, it's *Hard mode* alright.
This game is amazing, I wish they would do a completely new game in the series with this style. I just want more sprite games in HD, this looks stunning and the soundtrack kicks so much ass
I would like a sequence with Mulk as a villain and sentient rebel androids as protagonists.
@@josevictor1702 Seconded.
To be honest this was basically a new game for me. I've never played many Taito games before, so I'm floored with all their remakes.
Jake: um Steven, there's way to much tiddeez on this robot.
Steven: oh yeah? Well what are you gonna do about it?
Jake: I'm going to approve of this design, wtf did you think I was going to do?
Enemy: that ninja robot has no reason to be that mad thicc!
Enemy General: I've never knew that thicness give tactical advantage what so ever.
For Kunoichi no idea but for this Character its where the remainder of her arms or stored. She goes flat when she extends them.
Milo Estobar datz is where you are wrong mister MILLER!!!!!
@@picallo1 I don’t think that’s the case cuz In the official art pieces her arms are extended bust her bust size is the same
@@SuperSpindasher1991 Not in this picture. Her chest is clearly not as big as Kunoichis yet in the game they are as big or bigger and her arms are extended:
www.nintendo.com/games/detail/the-ninja-saviors-return-of-the-warriors-switch/
@@picallo1 Except for that one image every other piece of official art including production character concept art shows her with ginormous tiddies when her arms are extended.
From the people who brought you "strongfat grenade lady with robot hands and her dog" comes "shortstack ninja robot with mr. tickle arms and Basically A Sub-Boss Character"!
God bless you Tengo Project.
I don't know the reference! Help!
@@rushifellpainting4631 I think they're referring to Doris from the Wild Guns remake.
I used to like these kind of games. Can't wait for this to release in the west.
Also, Yaksha here proving that robot girls are always the best, as if the Kunoichi didn't already done that.
Yasha's spritework is so fluid and detailed. I just luv it!
And I'll be damned if I finished without complementing them two big marshmallows. Amazing she can still kick ass with those.
Well she is an android. She can handle it.
You're not the only one who finished.
A great remaster of Taito's The Ninja Warriors. Great job in beating it with the sexy Yaksha.
Fun fact: the yaksha's "breasts" only appear so large because that's actually where her extendable arms go. when she fully extends them, they shrink in size
I was about to say, DAMN, these combat robots dont need so much cake man! Che cant even hide in a sweatsuit!
Yeah I was wondering about that. Cool! :)
Good eye. It's not perversion. It's LORE!
Though... why do her arms bounce like boobs when not extended?
Actually nevermind. At 9:25 they're still large, despite her doing an extended attack
This is very infuriating.
Her design and move set are very bad ass, she might be the funnest to play, next to Raiden it's pretty much like "hey wanna play as a boss of a beat em up well take control of this kick ass behemoth."
she is so awesome, love it, great gameplay aswell!
Been playing Yaksha more, finally realized how to play her well and how OP she is, especially in boss fights.
There's *2* good reasons I can also think of.
Those coconuts are too huge for so small palm tree.
Facts lol
Thats where the batteries are kept duh
@@Camilo19832001 Well we better not hit them or we will have another Chernobil.
Actually I think that is where they store the extra arm length.
@@alotosius Yep..., when she uses them she has no boobs...
Devs need to kick out more cost effective fun entries like this on the regular. I really hope they make a sequel off of this. Kinda like how Blaster Master had a reboot and then pulled out a sequel as well. We need more co op beat em ups.Especially with really diverse characters game play like this has. This was well done, done on a reasonable budget, and can be completed a handful times through with friends for a fun story to be grown upon down the line if wanted.
Now if we could get returns to games like Guardian Heroes, not so much the departure that was the second one, and Peace Keepers from back on the SNES. And if you don't know what those two games are, you really need to go back and play through them. Like multiple times with their diverse branching story paths. Beat em ups were never quite as a wondering adventure for multiple playthroughs like those two games were.
What are they gonna call it? The Ninja Warriors Yet Again?
That would really rock. Also, with the ending having General Mulk take over and enforce his regime with an army of robots similar to the Ninja Warriors, the ground seems set for a full cycle revolution.
I think it would be hilarious if the player characters of the next game were cyborgs, gene-enhanced humans, ki-powered martial artists and normal guys with guns and stuff. AKA pretty much the guys we were murdering in this game. Maybe even base them off the models of enemies in this game, like the enemy Kunoichi ninjas, the soldiers with knives, Jubei, Gigantor, etc.
Of course, with the obligatory fights against the 'original' Ninja Warriors - or better, their 2.0 Upgraded Versions as bosses, seeing that the original Ninja Warriors blew up. I would not look forwards to that Raiden fight, at all.
@@sr.favopossodeixarvaziosim4595 "Maybe even base them off the models of enemies in this game, like the enemy Kunoichi ninjas, the soldiers with knives, Jubei, Gigantor, etc."
That'd be awesome. Kinda makes me realize how even the normal enemies in this game are badasses in their own right (even the grunts with their doinky knives). What do you do against superhumanly strong, durable metal robots? Oh, just fucking punch 'em, use a combat knife or use martial arts moves - and it actually works!

I'm going to have to play this Series in Order Starting with the original 1987 Arcade Game I played as A Child. Thanks for this and Great Playing. I Salute you!
You jumped through levels because you were afraid the walk animation would get you demonetized, didn't you?
Everyone has a way to adapt to CZcams's new wacky TOS.
Yaksha's Guard-flip is actually faster than walking. You can see the same for Kunoichi.
But the jump animation shows off her thighs.
yaksha and ninja walk are the slowest (not counting raiden, who can just knuckle thrust or change to walker mode)
@@JeffHikari Hey, you know that guy that always have the most fun at parties? Yeah that's definitely not you my man..
Damn, she is one thick ninja girl. Wowsers!!!
After playing Yaksha more I realized she might be the most powerful ninja in the game.
Jajaja y yo pensando que Kamaitachi era el rey😮
I wish this was a movie.
If done right I’d love that to
Believe me I've been trying to figure out how a really good one could work.
The charge?
How do we get Facisism, Revolutionary Anarchism, Cybernetic Ninjas and Extra Terrestrials to all play nice on the Big Screen sandbox 🤔🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Stage 2 5:00 has such a kick-ass vibe.
Also one of the best SNES remakes in a long time.
That hoodie/pajamas she is wearing look very comfortable.
She got the Charlie Nash Flash Kick from Sf V.
Dayum, that bass of the final boss fight is a total killer!!!
So Yasha seems to have very short range when her arms are not being utilized.
Her technical combo game, however, is *VERY HIGH* it seems.
"For now, I just rely on a few juggles"
Juggles, and Yaksha go a long way. She has the largest JUGgleS out of any other character in the game.
he meant "Jiggles" that was a typo.
Lol. Yup.
I got this Game and now working on beating it. Great job this is a tough game!
Great Sprites and Great Music, the gameplay seems alright.
Essa nova versão é irada!!! Parabéns aos desenvolvedores!!!
Another fine 1CC~ 2 down in style!
I cant believe this remake has been out for a year and I haven't heard of it until now!
Nice gameplay! :D
damn yaksha is so badass
お疲れ様です。!!
Is cheers for good work! !
Busty ninja robo-girls: that's what is lacking in most games.
im so happy this got a remake/upgrade. i love this game
Can't wait to play it on my Switch! ^_^
Action is very badass
And the music is very amazing!!!
Yes I said that!!
The art in this is beautiful and so is the thiccness.
I absolutely LOVE playing characters with extendable arms! If only Asura from Asura's Wrath had had THAT ability!
That cyborg is much bouncier than I would’ve imagined. Short n thick 😉😏
One killer shortstack!
How to return an old game: Add Big boobs to a fucking robot
Thicczilla
Silicone power
Bouncey-er than kunoichi, and i don't remember her bust jiggling that much
There's nothing more dangerous than a anggile thicc busy ninja robot reking dude... WITH EXSTINDO ARMS !!!! 😀👍
The thiccness has gone TERMINAL! Also, seeing as I just recently fired this game up, I can say the AI in this game is DEFINITELY less aggressive then in the Arcade and SNES games. Hopefully they add another harder difficulty, because the Hard mode in this game is ... Maybe normal difficulty on the SNES.
5had0wThi3f I noticed it. They stand around and stare a lot.
i have noticed many things it seems easier than normal snes, the 5º boss in snes cast that green flames a little faster, the 4º boss in snes call more often that laser beam, etc..., we must remember that now the game can be coop so if single player the hard mode isnt all that hard just think how easy it will be in coop, they really need to add maybe 1 ou 2 extra difficulty
This game has way more enemies / sprites on screen than the SNES version with no slowmo, maybe that's why they toned down the AI, to make the game more manageable.
Yes, I'm glad you picked yaksha for jiggles err.... I mean juggles
Thicc-bot :3 complete with tickle me claw hands.
Webos
Let me see, my female ninja robot will need knives, claws, tripled Ds and explosive.
Ummm what was that third thing?
Explosive.
Well that third thing can act as a distraction or a deterrent for guys to want to punch her as hard as they would anybody else 🤣
Milk funded the hell outta this android. 😂
Thicc Ninja cyberjugs!
Wow, you're very good. I died many thousand times each stage! lol
Same!
She looks fun but I really liked the SNES version's large sprites and cramped screen space much more, it added to the oppressive feel.
Yaksha is awesome hero!
You're much better at this than I am. Getting my ass kicked in hard mode. Too many enemies on screen! Having a blast though.
26:43 My Favorite Soundtrack (Stage 5, Skyscraper )
A monster track
My favorite character - Yaksha.
Why?
Because JUGS is love, JUGS is life :)
I want to try risking a down slam after landing a catch throw from her air combo, but Hard mode makes that a much riskier proposition. I’ve been doing some Time Attack to work on ideas and boy do enemies love hitting the crap out of you there.
I bet it’d be pretty much guaranteed on normal. And it’s weird, certain enders on combos make the bomb do more or less damage.
Either way, nice clear!
I was thinking you might be able to do her air up+attack after the down slam, but haven't tested to see if it works yet. That'd do good damage.
Thicc game play really enjoyed this
44:40 is that the best boss music or what? This game was for a certain era of arcade beat em ups and it is perfection. The mere fact that Tiato bought this back shows this game is still nasty.
Oh my, it's one magnificent conversión of the original clasic of the snes, whit More characters AND one great soudtrack very wonderfull 😃✌️
Heavens to Betsy I thought I was subscribed to your channel! Oh well I am now 😆
I know this video is really old, but this game looks awesome. Can't believe I've never heard of it.
Ninja Warriors is back
Im so glad they didnt fuck up the music. This game possesses some of thee most best music in gaming history.
I prefer Hiroyuki Iwatsuki and Yasuo Yamate's original OST composition from the previous remake on the SPC700 (the Super NES/Super Famicom sound chip) a lot better than this remix soundtrack, but I still like it nonetheless.
Mano na boa, esse jogo está uma obra de arte, esses gráficos do clássico SNES, mas aprimorado, trilha sonora, top 👏👏👏
Very nice!!! Thx
My favorite beat em up, because it has this inginues things called guard and blocking and every thing else is well made too, really well made.
Edit: Well one of my favorites, still it has something that most beat-em-ups are severely lacking.
Resistance Engineer: "Alrighty, sir. We have some prototype designs ready to go!"
Resistance Commander: "Excellent!" Looks at designs. "They look good. Just don't forget to make the female ones bouncy."
Engineer: "Alright. We can.... wait what?"
Commander: "Make them bouncy! You heard me!"
Engineer: "Uuhh... why?"
Commander: "Ooooh... ya know..... because."
Engineer: "................."
16 bit still rules.love this game.
Lil' Shortyyyyy! Shorty Stacked!!!
i love the part where she slams the enemy love your video and the character your playing with but i would try to enjoy the game instead of trying to beat the time record really good stuff 100/100
Is it me or does the design of everything remind you of Masamune Shirowe's works like Ghost in the Shell or Appleseed? The mangas of those to be exact. It's just so highly detailed. 0.0
@Anon Man Well, the Terminator ref is evident and STRONG in this one but man,the highly detailed parts of this game is DESERVING of an adult toyline, man.
Funny enough,I got me Briareos Hecantochiles and Deunan Knute (manga versions) statues for 6 bucks.
this game is a masterpiece
I see why you picked Yaksha. She is well equiped with ballistics.
Love this game
Wow, that is ACTUALLY too distracting. Just as a ninja would want!
..이건 신이다..
이 게임을 해본 사람이라면, 영상속 플레이가 얼마나 엄청난 플레이인지 알것임
My God Natsume!
So many possibilities!
First PLEASE be working on GUNDAM WING: ENDLESS DUEL RELOADED!!!
Imagine a reloaded version of that gem. It'd be ready to officially join the FGC.
And also, we need a 2D fighting version of this. Imagine that, with selectable characters from select characters in the Ninja Warriors Universe.
The classic 2D fighting game makers refuse to give us 2D fighting.
Natsume could step up and possibly give the Fighting Game Community something it truly wants.
She knows what she is doing 😮💨
Parabéns pelo trabalho ótimo
3:50 I like how they bounce against each other, that really looks like a clash between mechas
Same sound effects from Snes Power Rangers The Movie. I always loved this game, reminds me of Xmen Mutant Apocalypse.
This is because Natsume developed the Power Ranger games.
@@figment1988 Yeah I aware of that. Same thing in Wild Guns.

Shorty is the thickest robot ninja I've ever seen. She looks like she like 5'2" and about 145-150...thiccck!
Aren't those jiggles- I mean juggles - sick?
😆
Soooo, Cardi B. as an android ninja queen with extendable huggy arms? I'm in love❣
Just like the old classic fighting gameplay themself
Really hope that if they ever consider to do port or re-release of this remake they will find the courage to remade it into a belt-scrolling beat'em up with 5 player coop and tons of enemies on the screen at the same time - that would be so cool...
Spritework like that is dangerous. I can't be playing this bricked up
Really looking forward to the western release!
