This is dedicated to all those AkMur fans who are missing this lovely couple, and especially, Fiamita, I can't believe we have gone through season 2 so fast *one tear sliding down my cheek*, let's make it official with one more edit of your favs. Neyse, we will rewatch it soon, iyi ki varsin kanka.
They have come such a long way since they were two kids figuring out what love is. There was too much angst for me to come up with an edit in the first episodes, but I absolutely loved the last one and the amount of AkMur development we got, their scenes were so emotional, full of parallels and so touchingly beautiful. I wanted to say goodbye to this couple, but I don't think I can, I miss Son Yaz.
This song is stunning, and I felt like it could work for them. I tried to add as many parallels and follow both their story and the lyrics. The end is just me wanting to continue with the parallels and end with something lighter, but it is not very elaborated, believe me I know.
I wish they got the paced development they deserved, but the same applies to the whole show and every single character. KARMA IS GETTING YOU, RIGHT, FOX?

SO MANY PARALLELS, I LOVE IT😭
From the happy ones to the toughest ones, the ones that bring back something from the very beginning: savcının kızı, asla, last summer, all the references of Yağmur smiling and her beautiful smile, the 'stay' and the ones of 'staying away', all of the times Yağmur said that she hated him, the ones where she walks away, those glances every time they come across each other, you're here/you won't leave, the forgetting him at sunrise, those kisses that gained a slap and an insult, we won't see each other again, Yağmur proposing jsjsjsj (we need to know how it went)
I keep rewatching it and taking my time to make sure I don't forget to point out something but the entire edit is perfect that I want to mention everything😩

And the way Canan was such a crucial factor for them and their relationship in both seasons😭

The scene with the roses and the daisies never fails to make us smile, Akgün got so stressed that he almost was out of breath that even Yağmur had to ask him if he was okay💀
The way some of the songs follow the lyrics🥺 when Yağmur says that she's feeling like that for the first time in her life and the song says "see all the things that I never felt", when she's pushing Akgün and the song goes "I want you to push me far away", "coming up with reasons for me to stay" and parallels of 'stay', "I want you to make me change my mind" and Naz telling Akgün to make Yağmur remember him🥺
The song is so beautiful, the colouring and the effects too💜
What can I say, a lot of this journey that we lived with Son Yaz has been the time that we spent together (iyi ki varsın canım🥺), watching the episodes live together, then commenting as we watched we subtitles, reacting to the promotions, making theories and our breakdowns, finding parallels and connections, previewing and viewing again your edits (once again thank you so much), even waiting for the seconds season, watching some dizis in the meantime💗, surviving a cancellation (so I guess we can say we're stronger now, right?🤡) and a lot of things more, thank you so much for everything🥺🥺❤

I get you, the firsts episodes of the second season was pain after pain, and even if we couldn't see how they healed with the time the writers planned, how Yağmur finally processed the loss of Canan (and many things more but neyse) they did an amazing job with them in the last episode and it's definitely one of the best ones🥺
I don't think we can say goodbye to them, not at least now, we will always go back to them🥺

I am so glad that despite the short notice and the fact that they had to wrap up all the storylines in one episode they gave us realistic, coherent, emotional development, but I still would have loved to see Yağmur's recovery and everyone else dealing with their own conflicts 🥺 ama neyse, we had a happy ending and that is all I needed!

Thanks for the beautiful video with subtitles! It’s such a shame that Fox stopped this series so early ... i don't get it… ... i would have loved to see more of „Akmur“...i miss them 💕... they definitely ended „Son Yaz „too early and very abruptly ... they could have given Akgün and Yagmur and of course us 😉a worthy end ❤️after all they went through…Son Yaz have a lot of fans but they/we can not all understand Turkish and so we have to wait for the version with subtitles and so unfortunately we cannot participate in the ratings..what a crap
