The Massive hands were a feature on the ez curl bar at 2.33. Great to see more eccentric control on this video too. perhaps Max can practice and show us the muscle of the week, like pecs and how they are activated and any safety tips for any inspired to begin(starting light, getting good form etc )

Max arms are looking good for his age. Especially when you consider he's flexing next to his dad haha. Id hate to be in his year at school and cross him lol.

The worlds strongest kid was 6 and he benched 180 lbs max is strong but not very strong not many people his age train like max so to say he has strength genetics shows how lost people are
