- This video shows a proper tecnique of giving MDI or puff in a child who cannot coordinate his breathing by using a spacer alone.Generally it is used in children of 5 years or below.Mask can be used in older child if not able to coordinate his breathing i.e in mentally challenged child or those having N M disorder
One side effect could be thrush. It's very important to rinse your mouth out after inhaling.

Mr Sunny.pl don't comment if not knowing about childhood asthma. This condition is totally treatable.nd kids these inhalers for short time.They are perfect like other kids

A thin layer near mouth piece is there. Have to remove it or not
Please let us know about cleaning of the mask and spacer. How to dry. I have silicon mask with spacer which gets dust easily and washing plus drying is taking time between medications thrice a day

After using levolin and budecart inhaler mouth should to rinse with water or not....pls suggest me Mam....
My son is 4 years old. My doctor has asked me to brush his teeth [not just washing the mouth] after taking the inhaler. He is using Budecort twice daily. He brushes his teeth after taking the inhaler, after waking up in the morning and before going to sleep at night. This is what my doctor suggested me.
my doctor suggested foracort 100 for my 5.6 year old kid for three months. i heard it is a steroid..please please tell is it safe to use steriod for such small age

If prescribed an inhaled steroid puff..then child needs to rinse mouth after use
Use only with spacer and not directly by mouth to avoid any side effects

Don't give if direct..there will be no effect of medicine ..once given is no problem

First thing - this is not only given to kids with asthma.
2nd- its good for kids to have treatment and not suffer. He will be able to live an easy life.
The only thing i am worried about for this child is to have people like u in their life.
