You’re right…embossing never does get old! I love your sequin colors, embossing powder, and cardstock colors. I love, love, LOVE your snowmen, polka dot card, and checkerboard stenciled cards. It doesn’t look like the purple tape held your paper when you were blending. Doubling back on it might have helped, or better yet, the sticky mat paper holder made for blending. Oh! And your inks are AMAZING!!

Always fun to see how 4 very different backgrounds all turn into different styled cards! My heart always melts for snowmen and along with the polka dots is my fav. The light 2nd generation stencil and gold mouse isn't anything I've tried so I'm going to dig out my mousse (yes I think yours was a bit dry). I appreciate your pace - you get a lot done with just enough info to spark ideas but not overwhelm! Thank you!

Hello! I have been scrapbooking for several years and have collected tons of stamps, dies, stencils, embossing folders. I have not used hardly ANYTHING because I don't know where to begin. I even bought a Sizzixx or something die cutter and haven't even taken it out of the box and I have had it 2 years! Sooo, I like this lesson and took incredible notes so I can try one or all of the projects. I have most of the pastes, Stickles, embellishments, ink pads and stuff. I need to get some of your darling stencils and maybe a few new stamps. I am excited and trying not to be overwhelmed. Your work is beautiful and I enjoy your voice and how you explain. I have stopped, typed notes, restarted and been here a couple of hours to make sure it sinks in how you did it. Thanks and I hope to learn more. I also subscribed. Merry Christmas! Lis

Fabulous ideas....might have to steal a couple!! A tip for the Nuvo embellishment mousse; use Press 'n Seal before you put the lid back on - it keeps it from hardening!

I love the dot stencil background. I’ve used that stencil in the same way, shifting it around to make a bright colorful background for a bday card. So fun! I love all of the cards. This is probably nothing new - but it was new to me. After the stencil paste is dry - run it through your cutting machine with the same sandwich as you would use for your thin dies. It does not destroy the pattern - but it smooths the paste so it is like silk.

I love the dot background and how you offset the stencil and used different colors. Stencils are so versatile but I cannot just haven’t used them lately so this was great incentive to get them out. The snowmen card is my favorite but they are all so great it really was hard to choose. Hugs!

I love the pink bkground but im also a sucker for dots
Tip- spray a little water on the top of the mouse then place a piece of press and seal on top and close he top. This will keep it soft.

TFS tips and techniques for stenciling. The shifted dots was my favorite all the way through then when you added the snowmen it was amazing! Tip for you - Try using a blending foam tool when using mousse and gilding polishes. Have a great day! :-)

I love Nuvo Mousse, too, but I've found you have to take it out of the jar and just work it with a palette knife until it's smoother and easier to spread.
That snowman one - oh!! - so cheery & cute! Just makes me smile!! - am I on your Christmas card list??!!! And the pink with the gold stencil- so very pretty! But I like them All! Fun to see stencils & different products & techniques, thanks!
You might want to lightly spray distilled water on your mousses and then cover the jars with press ‘n seal under the lids to keep the mousse soft...

I love the snowmen. I love to see different ways to use stencils. I have some but never know what to do with them. I love the dots & the checkerboard. Instead of putting glitter on the checkerboard piece, could you have used clear embossing powder?
