Meilinda Hokini make sure u get it from a trusted seller or the apple store and when you do just chat with someone on the apple website in the Genius Bar section and look for the serial number on the box u got ur AirPods in and send it to them. They should be able to tell u if they are AirPods 1 or 2
I also get the 2nd Gen without wireless charging in about a day, great seeing an unboxing of them thats not the wireless charging version. Good unboxing 👍🏻
