Not true at all. If your making money illegally that can be taxed. Homies cant and do not tax homies who are gettin money legally thats all cap. Now when it comes to music. The only other way i would imagine is if you have rank or status and are therefore obligated. Otherwise it cant be taxed, thats straight up oppression
