Honda should've localised the CB500X instead. At the right price, it could've swayed a lot of potential Adv 390 and Himalayan buyers.

This is a dream bike of mine, it looks premium especially with the quality of the true Honda bikes. The price is comparatively on the higher side, hope I can buy one in the future.
I don’t think one should spend 8 lakhs to buy one lol… unless one has the surplus to throw away that amount of funds into something like this

Not e20 compliant....it is a big risk for the future as govt mostly may be mandating e 20 at least at fuel pumps.

@rv6569 the bike has an explosive engine which is smooth, the silencer has a very good sporty beat sound, Headlights are good, 5 inch dashboard is clear and perfect, the brakes are super, It looks very handsome in person, The seat is comfortable, suspension is very soft,
It can corner but it's soft and squishy suspension won't let you get very confident on the turn lean. But ist not bad as an AdV is not meant to corner hard.
@@Parsitraveller can we adjust rear suspension for added stiffness? Is front stiff n gives good feedback

Just took a test ride yesterday and you can sure judge why it’s 5.9 lakhs! Absolutely a right bike for Indian use . Twin cylinder already proven for ages. No fancy electronics, the perfect linear power delivery absolutely no lag, best part is weight management of the bike feels 20 kgs lighter than new Himalayan even though both are of same weight. Extremely sad part is road tax since it’s CKD 1.6 lakh !!

This time they won't drop the price. when they earlier launched with price tag 6.87 lakh ex-showroom. Later they dropped it to 5.79 lakh and then discontinued it. Now they have launched it with many updates like traction control, dual front disc, inverted froks,tft screen with navigation, new headlight with price increase by 11k.

Drop the Benelli. It's a bad bike. Scrambler is not advisable for long rides, it's a city bike. The Versys 650 is an all rounder, perfect bike. Value for money.
Looks great...only price seems to be a concern as of now. I would have switched from Himalayan to this but the thought comes back to me to buy a 4 wheeler family vehicle instead of this.

Engine is good and so is the tank size, but the bike doesn't have any character or attraction (not a head turner) Also lacks few basic, but imp accessories like mobile charger, bash plate and centre stand.

Blame the govt for this. All due to taxation. Don't blame the company. That's the main reason why many high end models are not launched. Companies have to be very careful to launch.

NO it doesn't have. U have to add up as an accessory. No switchable abs. It's 50-50 onroad off-road machine. Its the engine that values a lot.
