Dude this is literally one of my favorite songs of all time definitely in my top 10 best songs. I love the funky rhythm of both the verses and chorus. There's a switch up in both parts but they're both funky so you found two different rhythms that perfectly scratched that itch.
I also love it because it's similar to how I sing and look at the rhythm of singing. Like if I was on this song I would've done the verse very similarly, different but similarly and would've filled the same rhythmic space. It's so unique to find that because not a lot of people sing like us. I mean some do but probably only like 3% of singers do, so you can find it but it's rare.
