    Recently I have started to wakeup early morning and to do prayer and excercise but after watching this video I will also add affirmation and visualisation in my morning rituals. I will also try to keep a notebook and pen with myself everytime so that I can write my every single thought in it, it would be very helpful for my self improvement I guess.

    I am meditating just after getting up.... To thank God for granting another day to live .

    While returning I am listening self help book audios & after taking bath I am meditating again.
