Yeah you can try different comps, builds & stuff 👍🏼
You can get a lobby with morons in it and boost your mmr in placement matches.

Don't you have 30 min queue times like the rest of us dps queuing?
how about give both team an NPC healer if there is not enough players, NPC healer can't be killed, if they die, there will be a few sec revive time, they can be cc as players. I think it should be a good way to solve the queue time problem for dps.
For the buggy healer MMR, the only and possible reason is the system try to keep certain percentage of healers for each rank, so that why it's so hard for healer to climb, the system just want to keep healers there unless there are more healers set their foot in and this drives more healers away.
