As an Indian, spices are already such a tried and true technique for me for flavoring or elevating food. But I notice the Europeans revert much more frequently to the secret magic of sauces so when I finally got a taste of that, I was hoooooooooked FOR LIFE! Germany, Iceland, Spain, France, Sweden - all these countries have mega delicious and mega amazing secrets and techniques for fashioning the perfect sauces!!!! 😋
Yall her weight/size has nothing to do with veganism. Many Olympic athletes have gone fully plant based and improved their physical performances thanks to it. She is probably doing more cardio than strength and also look at the food she makes, she eats extremely lean and low fat, low calorie foods for the most part. Plus, she is still young and you don't know her genes. There is plenty high calorie, high fat foods that are vegan. Not all vegans are thin. So stop acting like that is the reason. Some people just don't want to clog their arteries..plus, this girl just completed a marathon. She isn't as weak as her frame makes her appear.

She is clearly underweight, which should worry people that support her, because there are serious health risks of being too thin or too heavy, that's just facts. Do you know how old she is? Or how YOUNG she is?? Because when you are a young adult you can still have your teenage body. She looks completely healthy. Women dont need to put effort to gain weight at her age if they are not recovering from an eating disorder or if they are not trying to gain muscle for a specific goal. She will gain more fat with time because of her healthy hormonal changes if she keeps being a healthy and happy person. I’m telling this as an 26 year old woman. Our bodies are not to be modified and manipulated like most of the athletic men’s bodies are. Not all of us need to have rigid or goal oriented fitness or diet regimens like “ bulk now, shred later and be disciplined stick to your goals” No most of us need to listen to our bodies, sometimes change our workouts to fit to our monthly cycle and eat intuitively and healthy if we can. We don’t need to put stress to gain weight or lose weight to fit into a standard. Most important thing is to not stress yourself out and mess up your hormones as a young woman and not fill your body with toxic food that tires out your body, that’s it. Some skinny young people have fatty livers and nobody knows, how somebody looks is deceiving most of the time but if she looked dull, lifeless and sad I would be worried but wouldn’t intervene with such confidence. Most women's bodies change through 20’s and almost becomes an adults body in thirties, That’s okay.

Zur Info: Ich bin Ende 20 und habe mich in meinen 20er Jahren mal 5 Jahre lang vegan ernährt. Während dieser Zeit war ich immer an der Grenze zum Untergewicht. Seit ich mich nicht mehr vegan ernähre, geht es mir super gut und es fällt mir viel leichter, mein Gewicht zu halten. Ich weiß, Körpergewicht und das eigene Verhältnis zum Essen sind etwas sehr persönliches und komplexes und ich weiß natürlich nicht, wie die Situation bei dir ist (ganz davon zu schweigen, dass niedriges Körpergewicht auch medizinische Gründe haben kann). Der einzige Input, den ich habe, ist das, was ich von dir in deinen Videos und Shorts sehe. Und ohne dir zu nah treten zu wollen, möchte ich dir sagen: Pass auf dich auf, achte auf deinen Körper, du bist noch so jung! Langzeitschäden bestimmter Ernährungsweisen (Nährstoffmangel, Organschäden, Osteoporose etc.) sind es nicht wert!! @@BananaFiona Gut möglich. Sport oder körperliche Aktivität spielt natürlich auch eine entscheidende Rolle (+ Lebenssituation, mentale Gesundheit und so viele andere Faktoren). So oder so wäre es möglicherweise auf Dauer ungesund.
an den Videos kann man ganz eindeutig sehen, dass sie ein gesundes Essverhalten hat und keine Lebensmittel verteufelt. außerdem isst sie ganz normale Portionen. wenn man jung und gesund ist, viel Sport macht und sich ausgewogen ernährt, ist man oft automatisch schlank. vor allem, wenn die ganze Familie schlank ist, das ist oft auch einfach genetisch. also ich würde mir da NULL Sorgen machen. außerdem weiß sie gut Bescheid, welche Nährstoffe man braucht und nimmt die entsprechenden Supplements. als jemand, der jahrelang in der Fitness Branche unterwegs war (auch beruflich) und als gelernte Köchin mit einem großen Ernährungswissen, kann ich dir sagen, dass man es nicht besser machen kann wie sie UND das Wichtigste: sie hat Spaß daran!

There are also herbs, fats like oils and butter, citrus juices, wine etc. Sometimes overusing spice can overpower the actual flavour of the food and overuse of spice will gradually cause your palate to become insensitive to the underlying flavour of what you are eating. It’s why they were originally used - to cover the smell of bad/poor quality meat.
My favorite sauce is a tahini/peanut butter combined with miso paste, some vinegar, some chilli oil, some garlic and some ginger. It's so good both warm and cold 😊
Salivating! Can't wait enough for this - I'm a bachelor and have actually been buying more veggies because of you. Since I don't like the taste of veggies (🙄😏), blending them into a sauce, or dip, or stew/casserole is a gamechanger for me! I NEED THEM PHYTO-NUTRIENTS, DAMMIT!

Girl... If you're running marathons.. you need to be eating more.. Your portion size is so small.. Look at yourself.. you're too skinny.. I'm not body shaming.. you're pretty.. But why starve yourself... When you can eat more.. Eating enough calories can be especially treaky when you're on a vegan diet.. I'm vegan and 6 feet tall.. so my caloric needs are pretty high.. (my stomach is also bigger.. but when I first went vegan i struggled to get enough calories..becuz I didn't eat enough nuts and seeds and even some good oils..

Single guy here - bought a bunch of blenders, food processors, Magic Bullets, Ninjas, and knock-off Vitamix 'cos I have the exact same laziness problem (could be my ADHD though, sometimes I even forget to eat😞). Eagerly anticipating the sauce series too!

Basically mix/blend Tahini Lemon juice Water Voilà But also add Garlic And other seasonings I like to use liquid aminos Or you could use regular soy sauce Or Maggi liquid seasoning

There, I "proved" to you that vegan was the solution to all my problems (hint - its not)

But also add

I like to use liquid aminos
Or you could use regular soy sauce

when I ran long distance in a running club and had body isses, I underate (omni!) And fell apart. I worked on my sport and body obsession, am surrounded by friends with a healthy attitude to food and exercise, follow a vegan diet and am thriving. There, I "proved" to you that vegan was the solution to all my problems (hint - its not)
