    Nice video, you gave practical inputs and real time scenario in Incident Management process. As a Windows admin, i understand communication is the key in Bridge calls. Updating the incident logs with our findings and next course of action are essential to avoid escalation.

    WOW! I have actually had to participate in major incident calls but didn't have a clue as to the process. You have made this very clear to me! I was always nervous on the calls because I didn't understand the process. I was always intimidated when I had to jump on those calls.
