Excellent video. I like how you speak slowly, take your time, pan slow, and very non scripted content, just feels like I am a buddy walking along with you. And you don't talk non stop either which gives the viewer a break to soak in the sites virtually. I think you can do well doing real estate tours of Miami homes.

I'd say Miami is a world class city, Dubai is a just a resort town. Miami actually has an economy outside of tourism.

Truth Facts I though Dubai had a fairly diverse economy. However I could be wrong, and a lot of Florida's economy is based on tourism. I feel it is similar, but not sure with out looking into it.

Lol Lived in south Florida for a year and not surprising you have to pay for wynwood walls now, truly the worst place in the US. Also the fact that pepper fountain Is still off! What?! Texas is the real best rising state for actual normal working people. Love your videos though keep it up!
You couldn't pay me enough money to live in Texas. I'll take my Florida any day of the year. As for the Pepper fountain it costs about half a million a year to operate it so take it up with the city of Miami.

The facts are Texas is getting younger people and more substantial company headquarters and jobs while Floridas big boom is due to old people, who have location independent income and or are retired....Not sure how that addresses the issue of the fountain. Have you ever heard of the ferry ⛴ from Ft Lauderdale to Bimini Bahamas? It only takes 2 hours, that is my next adventure, been going to the Miami area for years and never knew about it!
