Because on peacock or even during broadcasting they have to lower the volume of the crowd or tune out the crowd a bit so the commentators and announcers can be heard

WWE is really doing well now i remember watching 2014-2015 rumble where they just have 15k people now 45k+ back to back rumble.
I mean they also went from arenas to stadiums so that could also explain it.
I was in an Xbox party with another family member of mine during this match. While Jey was making his entrance I said, AS A JOKE, "Watch Jimmy be number two."

The women’s RR was honestly better and more entertaining. The men’s match was quite slow, underwhelming, and predictable.
Actually people thought Punk was gonna win it but it was unexpected that we didn't thought Cody was gonna win it again
Wasn’t that predictable until once number 30 hit, the biggest problem was just the pacing was awful one of the worst I’ve seen, felt like there was nothing important happening in the match and no big moments
The returns were mid too and the crowd reaction wasn’t that great
