  • Finland’s city Lahti was once a polluted industrial town, but over the past couple of decades it has transformed itself.
The city, which is home to approximately 120,000 people, was named Europe’s green capital three years ago.

Heavy industry has just about finished in Europe. It's made the air and the rivers a lot cleaner that's for sure. However that pollution has just been transported to the far East.

Techically wooden benches from old wood should be in that skating arena I see plastic or at least use only solar heater to remold plastics into new molds when allowed or electric fans from air flow to make the electricity and any other tech that to be used for a very long time to offset the scale on energy used and rotated into making stuff in very extremely strict rules more fit for today's times for future. Less energy in to production is better in equation if its long stretched over not made for production profits to be broken to make profits from that has to be of the table as strictest rule of all and equations in energy consumption will change for the better with emmiting and areas consumption and so on in equations of it all that are still waaaaay to loose and profits get taken cause it's programmed thee days open markets and stuff traded contracted need to be shifted and be over halted restructured strict rules and profits need to be shifted for most important things only and schooling highest to achieve new era of less production but really more important things and longer better technologies to bring fun back on another level most are unaware of cause they are programmed to function like they are allowed and more but now we know and we know how to handle it and would be better for everyone and still have fun for real real not fake real like these e days. Gist only but you get the big huge picture of it all.

Actually, they are already caring (for example India is definitely making some changes in this regard), I'm just saying they will care more once they deal with issues which are more important to them.
