Simple Delicious Stovetop 'Roasted' Potatoes

Ingredients:
4 Yukon Gold potatoes
Salt and pepper
Few dash: Onion and garlic powder,Paprika and dried Thyme.
1/4 red onion
Oil
Fresh parsley
