Yoooooooo bro it's crazy cause I purchased your pallet template last year and I wanted a walk thru of it and here out of nowhere you did it bro. Yayyyyyyyyyyyy!
It was a well needed video. People have asked how to use it and how to set it up ever since I started selling it. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching and the purchase.
Thank you sir for honoring my request to show how you setup your art with the template. Very helpful indeed. Please keep the up the great work and videos.
Mine are the 12in deep side clamps. But that's also the only size that they say will fit a 10/10. I wanted the deeper ones but I don't think they would really make any difference. My advice would be to get what you want and don't settle just to save a little money. But either way, you can't go wrong
I stop my collar at the top of the rubber platen and measure 3in down from there. I only use the metal piece to pull the 2xl and larger tees past the rubber platen to get the design in the correct position.
Hey Kevin. I'm new to your channel. You got some great tips, especially that emulsion hack. Man, that's going to change everything. What a mess that is. Anyway, I'm still new to screen printing though I've done some stuff. I just bought your pallet template and put it in Illustrator. I'm having a hard time with the import. I have my art board set to 13 by 19 inch, which is what I print at, but the template is not lining up right, it too large. Changing the scale makes the 'inch' registration marks wrong. I've been pulling my hair out for a few hours now and would like to see if you could help or make a video on this from being to end. I'm also using RED rip software for printing. Thanks
First off, thank you for the sub. And unfortunately I use CorelDraw and I don't know how to navigate files though Illustrator. But it should be a vector file and shouldn't be giving you any problems. Have you tried opening it up in Photoshop? DM me on Instagram and maybe I can help or maybe I can send you a different type of file.
I was lost in the beginning but now I get it

Are you measuring from the rubber white pad or the steel platen for your lines?

We use a hammer
🤣the bigger the better
@@KevinAcker of course, it’s just a matter of a light tap to get that last millimeter in place
Did you get the CLAMP-ON SIDE CLAMP ATTACHMENT?
I did
Do you print flash print the white ?
I do 8 out of 10 times. Some shirts will work with just a one hit. But those are few, far, and in-between
Great video Kevin. I will let viewers know to go to your channel, subscribe and they could get your template.
Thank you Taino! You do great work as well and enjoy watching your channel
