Triple dragon head on Zarya skin is a reference to Zmey Gorynych - triple-headed dragon from Russian folklore

As Russian I can say that Zarya's gun might be based on "Zmey Gorynych" (Gorynych snake) This is a dragon with 3 heads in slav mythology

The reason they put 3 dragon heads on the gun skin is because in Russian Mythology there is a dragon with 3 heads - Zmey Gorynych.

Zarya‘s skin colour looks like a cross between a Viking Normas armour with the tunic underneath indie thick leather boots, but then has a vibe of samurai armour with the metal plates on the body
What i really like about Mccree’s emote (which you might didn’t really see well) is that he likes laughs a bit while reloading, and as soon as his gun is loaded he looks up really angry like and serious. I really liked that and wanted to share it

8:30 Here in Russia we have a fairytale dragon with three heads called Zmey Gorynych (translates like the mountainborn serpent)

Andrew, when you get a lot box, the items inside them are determined before you open the box. So those gold boxes that you opened had the items generated before the event which is why you didnt get any new legos in them

Zarya has dragons on her weapon, as in Russian fairy tales there is a character "zmey (serpent) gorynych" this is a three-headed dragon and Zarya herself apparently refers to the Russian bogatyri (it's like heroes)
genji's skin looked like he was overdressed for a sleepover.
This was my first ever archives event and I got cavalry in my free loot box and I literally screamed in excitement
A little detail about Zarya weapon. Those three dragon heads is a reference to russian mythology about Змее Горыныче (i don't know how translate that) it was a red dragon with three heads who guard Kalinov bridge and he kinda like Cerberus.
This makes me miss lootboxes because I was only able to get like 20 different unlocks before ow2

Not sure if this is 100% accurate with what the devs did, but it looks like the Zarya skin may have also been based on the
Bogatyr, a trio of Russian warriors. It looks like the boots especially are very similar. Also, her gun is red and has 3 dragon heads on it, which may be a reference to zmey gorynych, a three-headed dragon from Russian mythology. Just a possible cool reference.
I think the only gun where you get a closer look to the third person look are hog guns since they are huge

You cant get the new items in the golden lootboxes cuz u bought them b4 the event started and the items arent actually generated when you open it but when you get it. So when you got it those items didnt exist yet

The Sigma apple icon is pretty nice if you think about it. Sigma and his gravity based skills and the whole story about Newton having the idea for his theory of gravity because an apple hit him on the head, and Sigma hitting his head somewhere way to hard.
