In my previous month I follow your don't break chain strategy for 1 month for 12 diff habits. And my march month is the best month ever i work daily app 5hr 20 min excluding Sunday and break on Sunday I study only 1hr 25 min.And this month I also follow same strategy plus I am also making daily goals and weekly goals first time.
