I've been a big fan of Streets Of Fire since i went to see it at the theater back in '84. Michael Pare (Eddie & The Cruisers, Bad Moon) is the lead. Diane Lane does not really sing in the movie. As a matter of fact neither does the other band in the movie doing "I Can Dream About You" which was a big hit on the radio when the movie originally came out. The real singer is Dan Hartman who was also in the Edgar Winter Group and sang the 70's classic "Free Ride" (which is on the Dazed & Confused soundtrack). And yes Diane Lane is a babe (was then and still is). Glad you really liked the movie....seems it's finally getting long overdue love and becoming a cult classic.
I thought I spoke too quickly. She definitely does a good lip sync job... and shes hot as hell! I swear some of the music I've heard used by either Quentin Tarantino or Robert Rodriguez in one of their movies. I think it may be Kill Bill. I was just born in 1984, but this movie is just as rad to me as I imagine it was for you back then. CLASSIC!
DUDE! You killed that new background! Well done!!
Thanks man, glad you enjoy :D Thx for watching!!
Sweet pickups homie. That background looks sexy and Bruce Lee is a fucking KING!
Thanks! Glad you enjoy :) Took awhile to put together, but I think it came out decent. I concur also... Bruce is King!

The song "Tonight Is What It Means To Be Young" the band Fire Inc with lead vocals by Holly Sherwood sang the song (sung by Diane Lane in the movie).
It's catchy too!
