CORIANDER SEEDS - 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 + 1 TSP
ONION (MEDIUM) - 4, CHOPPED
EDIBLE OIL - 3 TABLE SPOON
HEENG (ASAFOETIDA) - ¼ TSP
GREEN CHILLI - 2, CHOPPED
GINGER PASTE - 1 TSP
SALT - 1.5 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - ¼ TSP
GRAMFLOUR - 2 TABLE SPOON
POTATO (MEDIUM) - 3, BOILED
CITRIC ACID - ¼ TSP
POWDERED SUGAR - 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP
