I think i must add this show to the list of shows i'd go to if i had a time machine lol. Holy sh*t these guys are phenomenal.
Just got back from seeing Septicflesh in concert and this song is SOOO good live!
That was an awesome introduction, and I loved the instrumental overload on my senses.
I'm so glad you enjoyed! I'm gonna get you to like a few growly bands hahaha its my mission lol
Shylmagoghnar - Transience!!!
@@TheWolffAndTheMelody I don't think so from what I remember the past few albums were just a 2 man project. But it's a great melodeath song and I'm sure you'd enjoy it based on your taste! I believe there is a new album coming this year as well as a recently released single.
@@TheWolffAndTheMelody I would recommend the napalm records video on CZcams. You can enable closed captioning for the lyrics
I love septicflesh, I've had the chance to see them live and it's crazy, thanks for bringing us your great reactions. I recommend Versailles - Faith & Decision Live version I assure you that it will leave you speechless, greetings from El Salvador
the clean vocals sound a bit strange here, but the song itself is gorgeous.
I also liked the song “Pyramid God”, though by the melody it reminded me a lot of one song of the Cradle of filth group, not a direct plagiarism of course, but the melody is very similar. In short, I also advise “pyramid god”, you can also watch live from this concert
You created a monster! Hey can you reach out to me thru socials? I have something for you.
First song I heard from Septicflesh. it's stuck in my head ever since. the orchestra is such an amazing addition to the song! love the band.
Besides my recommendation of draconian (thank you again for your reaction!) you should also give IOTUNN a try. they are SO worth it. IOTUNN - The weaver system is a great song. but you can't go wrong with any song of the album Access All Worlds. They blend beautiful clean and harsh vocals with haunting melodies like very few bands. exceptional sound and very unique.
Dude, Just looked em up and saw a song with "Cosmic" in the title...I got you. As for Septicflesh, agreed. Once I heard my first song from them I was fking sold. They have jumped into one of my favorites.
@@TheWolffAndTheMelody ifyou are going for "the tower of cosmic nihility" you are in for a ride! enjoy it!
the orchestra is not an addition to the song.. the orchestra is integral part of the song, no orchestra, no song...
There must be a Cthulhu movie needing a soundtrack like this
You know, they're starting to grow on me. A little bit, LOL. That was Pretty epic with the orchestra. And my brain appreciates the slow chug chug. I don't have to try so hard to listen LOL. I think this was the same band I said almost to the first time I heard them. ❤ and ✌️ everyone
dude, they have a very different feel. They dont rely on gimmicks and tricks. Just pure melodic death metal. Nice easy to listen chuggy riffs and the orchestra and choir is just sooooo good. Dude, the lyrics in this song is amazing. Look em up
Your next 3 Septicflesh reactions should be to Martyr, Dark Art & Coming Storm
You deserve more views , champ. That said, I'm dying to know what an ex-metal elitist is.
thanks so much for the kind words! So I was really closed minded and would only listen to a few bands and wouldnt give any other bands or music a chance. But I've changed that mindset, hence being an ex elitist
next septicflesh enemy of truth pls ty
I have one coming this week. Its not that one, but I will get to it. I can't get enough of them!
*insert my usual obligatory request to do Dark Art
Anubis was my first Septicflesh song, one of my friends sent it to me back in the like early 2010's and my journey in metal wasn't quite at a point where I was ready to appreciate these types of vocals, and I returned to it a few years ago now and had a totally different outlook, and the rest is history 😅 I think I prefer the studio version of this one over this particular performance
I've been bouncing back and forth from the live video and the studio. I can see that with Anubis is better studio version.
just saw your video from Jonna Jinton if you liked that so much you should listen to Sabaton - en lifstid i krig i think this one really is gonna get you in case of interaction with the croud. BTW really like your videos
Hey! Much love! I do have some more Sabaton coming. Jonna is soooo good! Thank you for the kind words friend.
Enjoyed this song, but seemed to me that the orchestra was a distraction more than a help. This was confirmed when I went to listen to the album version, which I much preferred. Seems they had some timing issues here live between the orchestra and the band. Too much cacophony. Way cleaner and powerful guitar work on the album version.
I got you! I went and listened to the album version as well and agree.
Goosebumps! Love these guys!
SAME!!!!!
