HOWEVER, if you are genuinely upset that i spoke like that to the trainees and if you think that i am making Verde look bad, please remember the following things:
1) this video is outdated. it was recorded originally a year ago. it should not be used to judge Verde as they have changed a lot since that time.
2) i no longer work at Verde as an MR+. this should be no surprise. i should not be used as an example of 'bad staff members' because i no longer represent verde. it would be the same as disliking a game because a game-breaking glitch is no longer in the game. it doesn't make any sense.
3) my anger can be viewed as justified. who wouldn't get frustrated at an annoying troll, an incompetent HR, a rude know-it-all tryhard and a dull boy who doesn't understand that he is at fault? i don't show my anger at trainees who simply get on with work, like natalie_sheek. no, i don't expect everyone to be perfect in making drinks. but i expect a competent human being with common sense to understand when they are being told that 'no, the drink machines aren't broken. i have these other trainees to prove that'. if they don't, how can you blame me for getting angry?
4) i already have a reputation for getting easily frustrated. it's just who i am. no, i dont have anger issues. i just cant stand when people are a: know-it-all, tryhard, dull as a rock or just incompetent. and all these traits/attributes are so common through-out so many people who try to work at cafes. no, you don't have to use fancy words to appear better than others. no, you don't have to correct me or others when we do a grammar mistake. no, you dont have to ask what working as an MR+ feels like as a way to hint. no, you wont get promoted or noticed this way, because many other people do the exact same thing as you do. i mean, I'm called angry_reboot on roblox. think of me as the Verde Gordon Ramsey. we even both speak with a british accent. yes, I'm controversial but here i am.
5) i am a youtuber. i do overexaggerate my reactions.... most of the time.... LOL
that was a little rant there. sorry, might have gone a bit off-road there. but I'm hoping that most of you understand that this video isn't anti-verde. i support verde and I'm still in the community. there is a reason why i only uploaded it a year later while I'm a customer. thank you.

when i was an sa and training i used to get really frustrated when people used to run out of the room, or ask dumb questions like "How many questions will you send?" literally at the end of every section someone would be like how do i hand? how many warnings do exploiters get? or when they go back inside of the kitchen and start making food randomly or when they all hand it over to me at once and i dont know who handed it

Not every trainee is bad, some of them are going to be the next generation of MRs/HRs. But I have lost a lot of braincells, sadly. ;(

Bro i went to some LA roblox airport training and I was like top 5 so I made one spelling mistake and I got kicked. AFTER AN HOUR, because even though they were incredibly understaffed they wanted to get rid of half their workers positions.
Being an manager or "important" person sounds fun, but really stressful and tiring at the same time.

when you went on about the girl saying "epithet," i know right? people try using big fancy words to make their greetings stand out to get noticed by high ranks but it just makes them look like an idiot. roblox has a target audience of young children, do you think any of these young children ordering from baristas at cafes know what an epithet is? like, how far in your thesaurus did you go for that one?

Edit: I have found that simpler wording is always the better option for example, I wed as a maid at eden orphan home (a game similar to de pride) and for each announcement you must have simpler wording, but not plain wording being that you must engage the players and help them be emerged into the game.

I once helped at a training at serendipity support center and this girl had like 10 fancy words but she had a greeting for the receptionist be she needed a greeting for JC+ so I said that she had it incorrect and it felt good because i couldnt understand half of the words she used and at the end were the quiz is she failed lol
Edit: So I have been backuping a lot and people ask such stupid questions at least like 50 people ask how long it will take or what rank they will get like pay attention and then i see them at the clinc i see them as a junior counselor trying to do a psych exam which is junior specialist+ and then she pulled a idiotic move where she says that they didnt say at trainings
