As a Londoner who's a huge fan of the nba, I have to say, Embiid is not needed imo. I heard all the noise around him during the warm-up games, but watching this game, it seemed he was literally just in the way. Either he doesn't suit international basketball, or he has 0 chemistry with the rest of the team?
Embiid had a blown out knee and bells palsy just a couple of months ago. The other stars respect him. He's there for a reason.
