Watching about 5 of Howard’s videos on major pentatonics has really opened my eyes and ears to using major pentatonic scale. Using these techniques (and licks/turnarounds) has really taken my soloing to the next level. I watch and follow a lot of guitar instructional videos For where I am, this channel has been a goldmine. I really enjoy applying what I am learning here. Thank you!!!!!

wow this is very nice. covered a lot of ground. i like how you linked the box patterns and linear. so when we switch to the A major pentatonic it would be OK to add the Blue note in there? it sounds good, I tried it. thanks again howard.
