i love you vida, but an aspiring dental student here 🙌 i wouldn’t recommend brushing right after eating. After you’ve just eaten there are acids/sugars that still remain in your mouth. When brushing directly after eating the acids can weaken the enamel of the tooth, which is the outer layer of the tooth. Could potentially cause tooth enamel erosion and lead to cavities and other damages to the teeth. Also when u wake up there is plenty bacteria from your nights sleep sitting in your mouth that you want to wash away immediately after waking up to avoid mixing brushing of the bacteria already in your mouth with with food, all over your beautiful teeth. If you still want to brush after eating wait at least 60 minutes for you mouth to return to it’s normal ph level :) i’ve been a day one just tryna help my girl out 🥰🥰🥰

I recommend watching videos so you can create a game plan/workout routine for your week.. that helped me a lot because I was going in knowing what I was going to do. I also recommend practicing your form. Certain stances and form hit different parts of the body! I recommend starting our weight that you feel comfortable with so you can focus on lighter weight but higher reps!! Then as your progress you can start to lift heavier. Eat your protein!! This is the hard part.. but some food I eat to help me is eggs, turkey breast, chicken breast, apples and peanut butter, protein shakes with 2 scoops, tuna, white rice… hope this helps! 😊
Make a workout routine for you and keep doing that routine. Don’t switch up your workouts too! Make sure you’re using progressive overload. And eat!!!!
