How does making $$ with the Amazon kdp work? How much do you get? How much do they take? Etc. would love to see the puzzle book and the other as well!!
I have a couple of coloring books on KDP - I created the illustrations myself though, but I’m going to try this method. Anyways - you would upload your book as he shows you in the video, and set a price for it with KDP. You get a percentage of the sales on Amazon. You would need to sell a lot to make a decent amount, so promoting your books is crucial . Getting customers to leave positive reviews helps to push your book towards the top of the list of books available. You get a deposit of your earnings in your bank account . Amount varies, obviously. Hope that helps
Also, you can order author copies and sell them in-person and receive much more profit (vendors, friends/family, etc)

I just made a coloring book with 102 pages. KDP would not let me sell it less than $8.81 (with 0% profit), while competitors are selling for $7.99. I had to sell for $11.99, and it cost $5.28/book, and Amazon takes 60% of the net
102 pages is too much. Around 40 pages is enough
