I feel what that therapist girl did was also to show you love. But since you didn't felt for her you acknowledged that as pity. and when your wife did that you had a different perspective cuz you actually love her. I feel thats what love is, noticing little things and doing those little things for that someone special 🌷

"Kabhi kabhar dusro ke liye haarna bhi accha lagta hai", 'ye wala natak barso se karte aa rhe hmlog, hme aata hai", and that ending man 🛐.... life is too unpredictable
The line , "That day I learned how to take care of myself while having an anxiety attack, but I wish I didn't have to...." , I felt I spoke this line because even having a Partner and family no one cares much and everyone thinks you are just creating a big scene but it actually feels like death that time, I wish time becomes better in future and after becoming a therapist I help people like me ❤

Don’t go asking your patients to watch movies as a session
'Wo imandari se bas mera saath nibhana chahti thi' literally have my whole heart. Because when you love someone sach me... there are certain things jo apko bilkul pasand nhi hoti, fir aap unhe accept krte ho sirf unke liye. Truely a blessing unhe kabhi nahi khona chahiye.

Congratulations man! You and your wife make an amazing couple together but you somewhere misunderstood that therapist lady, as someone who can dissect people's personalities most of the time, i can say she was a gem ❤
She definitely is in her own way, but somethings just feel different the way they are said or perceived during the situation, nonetheless, valid.
If he accept his therapist then it's adjustment after month or years they broke up
Immediately after the story, if she asked him for the movie. That is perceived as sympathy. But if she had gone/ booked it anyway for the next date. That would've looked like an actual effort. Still she gave it a thought. It's still a good effort.

He said that day he handled his anxiety attack himself... actually i had also faced same situation in my life ..not because of breakup but because of stress of future.. when everyone leaves you that day you realise that you should handle your problems yourself... it shows importance of being independent..
