- Today, we're focusing on the Sun-Jupiter conjunction in Taurus, marking the start of a new synodic cycle that symbolizes a pivotal moment of death and rebirth for Jupiter. I'll discuss what this event typically looks like and share three examples from my client practice, including a horary chart that beautifully illustrates the death and rebirth symbolism.

I'm turning in my masters thesis this week. Natal jupiter in the 9th. The conjunction happens in my 5th house and I'll get time with my kids back, wow!
Congrats!
@@doricetimko5403 Thank you so much!
That's so cool
Jupiter has been in my 7th, unfortunately I got a stalker that will not leave me alone, I called the police last weekend again and I’m finally able to get a restraining order
Sending you care. I’ve been there 💕
@@Discrete1998 aw, thank you ❤️
Sending you the energy of safety and assuredness
@@doricetimko5403 thank you so much! It’s exhausting
Ooooo, gross. Do you have some pepper spray?
Take care. Know. Really know, you are protected.
I love love love the breakdown of Horary chart readings! Thank you, Adam!
26:43 Yes Adam-I do like this kind of stuff. Very clear and demonstrative!
I loved this!! As soon as I registered for Year 1 I looked at the transits just briefly. I’ll go back at the end and look for the “aha!” moment!
I am a student of Nightlight and truly it has been amazing! Thank you Adam and team always!
I loved this talk. I am in your year one and I have learned so much from you . I am able to follow the language and as you unlock the symbols I can see the patterns. It is so helpful when you use charts and give us a glimpse of the natives chart as you break it down. You da BEST Adam!!!
perhaps you said but I wondered why you use uneven houses for the horary readings? I learn so much from your channel. Thank you for all you offer
Ohh I’m so obsessed by this gift from you, of teaching so freely so much richness with about horsey astrology. ❤🙏
I love these episodes that include super clear chart demonstrations! I learned so much. The concrete examples really help ground the archetypes.
This week I pulled the 10 of Swords in a reading and it got me all freaked out. As qualifiers, I pulled Death then Wheel of Fortune. I see these pointing to the major regeneration of both Uranus & Jupiter Cazimis in my 10th house. I’ll surely have some grabbed material lol
I love these videos Adam!!!
Thank you Adam! This was very interesting and very much what I needed to hear. The Aries Jupiter/Sun conj was almost exact on my Solar Return last April, it was off by 1 MINUTE! In my natal chart, the Sun is in my 10th house sandwiched between Venus & Mars. Last year I had a great job working at biotech company, but I was laid off the first week of Nov after the eclipse we had late Oct. I've been struggling to find work for the last 7 months. I'm trying find another path if it is that the death-rebirth of Jup/ Sun is symbolizing a door closing in my career. This has been a very painful process.
My sun is at 1 degree of Aries. I am so curious about what the Neptune conjunct Saturn will be like on top of my natal sun! I am a Taurus rising so my chart has been lit up for a while now.. as you are also a Taurus rising Adam, you're well aware 😀
this was awesome!
Awesome video Adam, thank you so much for the examples 😊
I love this stuff! Thank you 🙏
Yes it’s great to look at transiting aspects.
Great episode! I’m so excited - my mom signed up for your year one program! 🎉
Very interesting re Horary technique
So interesting, thank you ❤
That was an excellent horary explanation of the husband and the loss of job! So well done! Now… back to the program. Thank you Adam!
I love this conversation about Horary transits to natal(s)! Yes please, I’ll take more!
Interesting example! Thank you for sharing. I like how you explain about the death and rebirth, beginning of a new cycle.
The only thing the question on the screen is opposite to the one on the chart. Meaning YES to one of them would be NO to another. So it is a bit confusing if to use a different method which Robert Glasscock was teaching in Kepler (by Mark Edmund Jones) . However maybe for the approach you practice it is ok?
Of course each astrologer would take their time for reading. It is just a hypothetical off-the-rules attempt)).
Job can be either 10th or 6th house depending on the type by that theory. 6H from 7H would be 12H (we take equal house system ;), ruler of 12H is Venus is in a wide sextile to Mars (20-21 degrees become important as difference between their degrees and one can speculate about some timing there, Mars in Cancer is in the 1H right on the cusp of 2H in Equal and so I’d take a notice of 20-21 days and also within 20-21 weeks something can happen related to the job.
However if we take 10H from 7H in Equal - 4H ruled by Mercury in Taurus, then it is not in a Ptolemaic aspect with Jupiter in Aries, which would be a NO answer (will not keep the job). Difference between degrees is 18.5-19 degrees - something can happen near 18-19 weeks most likely.
Wonder if it makes sense in this case even this practice reading which is not be actual to the question.
I am pretty sure different systems of interpreting horary work depending on the astrologer and his/her ability to decipher some things through the astrological language.
Something I've wondered about regarding horary is: to what extent can you manipulate the outcome of a question by timing? Like in the case of a Sun/Jupiter conjunction, I could avoid asking difficult questions for a while because the outcome is theoretically obvious. We know what the current challenging aspects are, at the time of putting a question out there. How does one navigate this to come to an authentic reading? Asking about loss of a job exactly at the time of a Jupiter combustion feels a bit "duh". I'd imagine that most people able to do a horary reading are pretty clued up about the current transits.
You can’t because the ascendant will always be different
@@nataliewillmot5382 Thanks for that. The signs/houses will constantly change.
However, I'd still think twice before doing a reading, calculating at what time a transit will be in the relevant house, or not.
Do experienced astrologers take this into consideration? I'm no expert but I know I do to a certain degree. Tarot is very helpful in these situations when I really want an immediate answer and it's a s**tstorm out there. 😇
Yeah I think the problem is when you read for yourself. In this case I would pay for a reading because the astrologer will cast the chart from their location and the time they choose you won’t know either.
Fourth house is Taurus and my home has definitely been reborn. But if I never move another piece of furniture again…
Things are wacky right now, no stability hopefully the cazimi settles things down a bit 🤪😅
❤❤❤
Off the topic: What ios app is good for tracking daily transit? I had a great free one for android but it isnt for iOS. Not Time nomad and passages
The chani app will send notifications about transits. They recommended it on The Astrology Podcast
I hope this isn't scary...
Why don't western astrologers pronounce Uranus correctly? More language evolution?
Are you saying that Adam doesn't pronounce the word properly? 🤔 😂
I know 3 ways to pronounce it-you’ve got many choices to choose what works for you!
What is the correct pronunciation? What is the basis for the correct one? I know of three, as well.
Why are some people so set in their ways and act with intolerance over the most mundane things?
They're right, anything goes, language isn't static, dictionaries bow to custom. NASA's juvenile "giggle factor" wins the day.
