The cooldown isn't actually 5 minutes, it's ACTUALLY 20. All for a thing of supplies. That glitch is very helpful indeed.

don't know why you don't keep your popularity up. once it's full, you just need to enter in passive mode (to get the kick out troublemaker task) every 1/2 hour or 45 mins to keep it there. it's super easy. and this week is 100k an hour of passive money
You need to keep popularity up to earn more money from the wall safe.

It's even better than that. In passive mode, you can enter the nightclub and eject the troublemaker, then leave the nightclub and reenter it to get another troublemaker to kick out, and you can do this endlessly for $10k and 1kRP every minute or so.

You can also use the spectator doors in the arena workshop to do a much easier cooldown glitch

On the truck missions if you shoot two missiles at the truck. the truck will stop don’t shoot three rockets at it or it will destroy the truck. There’s a little tip for you, Dan.
Hey dan just a tip for the boat! When you land on it, drive the boat away from enemies then hop back on the oppressor. Still annoying but less chance of death. Keep up the funny videos and have an amazing day!

Night club safe makes so much more money than the warehouse for free and you’re sleeping on it
for the boat missions: enemies can't hit you easily while you're driving the boat, so one thing I usually do is drive the boat out of their range before picking up the crate.

If you park it on the back of the boat near the stars it usually doesn’t glitch out
You can shot the van one time with your oppressor and the people will leave the van, only when you do the glitch in LS CAR MEET you don't have to be where people are you can just turn around from the door and go a little further out and then press triangle :) and call Yohan
you actually can shoot the supply truck with the Oppressor once, i do it every time
yes that boat and mk2 glitching out is annoying what i do is just blow boat up and jump in water to collect it swim bk 2 mk2 less hassle, i tried that LLs car meet on pc wouldn't work for me cool down is 20mins on these missions

HAHA yes you cannot get back on your oppressor after parking it on the boat. I know I've tried.
I found you can call in a dinghy from the kosatka and jump in that and boat around the corner then rezz your oppressor there. They don't actually shoot at you if you jump in the water and then get in the dinghy for some reason.
or just park the oppressor across from the boat depending on what jetty the boat is parked at. You can just swim across to the other jetty where you parked your oppressor and by the time you climbed up and got on and flew away they still wont have come around from the other jetty.
Getting the package from the boat is actually easy once you figure it out.

Try this money making grind method, see if it’s effective. Cayo, Agency contract, Cluckin bell farm raid, 2 Auto shop contracts, pay phone hit, repeat
Tip: use armour piercing rounds or mini gun on vehicles with bulletproof glass

These missions are not that bad I've done them like 10 times using a deluxo and it's the same glitch with the deluxo on the boat u can't get in and to stop the truck u need 2 rockets to stop them but 3 blows it up

Pro tip if you shoot one missle at the truck it will stop automatically
So far, for me most of them took two to stop. One took three to stop, I think, and two blew up after two missiles. I don’t think I’ve had one missile stop it, but maybe I’m just too impatient

@LankManDan nahh mane this is one of the easiest missions on gta. jus use the buzzard from your ceo. kill em all. land the chopper. collect the cargo. take back off in that very same chopper. boom. i average around 10 mins left not even trying no problems everytime.
