Thank you so much Andy! Johnny cash was my inspiration to start the guitar and this helps me learn more of his songs. Again thank you
Fun fact. I was just listening to this song on Spotify and your video notification came from CZcams app. Thanks Andy 😀😀😀
Great video and explanations Andy! As always ;)
Yes this is the tutorial I've always wanted thank you sir
Taking a deep dive into theory now and will check out Mary Splender. I’ve been playing with you for six months now and have just begun to add Melody to my chords. This video and the Norwegian Wood are fab. Thanks so much for your heart and musical soul. Keep it coming. I’m so bloody hooked.
Great lesson! Thanks for sharing.
beautiful as always mate
Thanks for this lesson. Really is very good. Love your teaching.
Great video Andy.✌✌✌
I've always loved that song since I first heard it by Johnny Cash and your breaking it down the way you did makes me realise that the genius who wrote it must surely, surely have been guided by a higher power. Wow.
Martyn Flynn Is there a higher power than Johnny Cash? 😳
Johnny Cameo :)
You teach wonderfully.
I've been playing that song ,rather badly I mite add, for a short while . I've only just found you an I like..I'm gunna hafta sub man 👍🇦🇺 thanks
Great video tuorial thank you.
You return back already 😯😯
Andy, this video is so much better edited, so much better well played and sung than your old stuff and yet... CZcams won't give you light of day. But I want you to know, I've been watching you since way before I ever had a guitar and I think you deserve ALL THE VIEWS! hehe... I like how humourous this is too!
Appreciate the support and the nice comment dude. But trust me, youtube has been very good to me - I have no complaints!
Danke
good to see that im not the only one to mess up the day/night portion of the lyrics.
Great lesson Andy! Any chance of a video on recording for beginners on a budget ? I.e .. usb interface , loop etc etc .. thanks for everything 👍
It's coming for sure! Probably needs a short series tbh
@@andycrowley Thanks Andy. Appreciate the reply 👍
Love that guitar what is it?
Andy, how about more Sam Fender songs? He's the reason I haven't given up on guitar playing and you're my favorite source to learn songs. I would really appreciate it
Sure! Which songs?
@@andycrowley Will We Talk? or You're Not the Only One, please!
It took my awhile to learn this song
Can you play faded love Bob wills the way he plays it
I loved the voice impression 5 minutes in😂
Can you please teach the MASH Theme (suicide is painless)?
Thanks Andy. Can you please explain why you're sliding your fingers down the fretboard when you're playing the lead line at the end of the video?
Just for cool points ✌
Imo the first changes of keys is in the intro already ...
I agree actually!
Dislikes are from piano playes
😂😂😂
I’m looking for the slower version anyone have it
A major hurts my fingers bad. I would try and play this while watching. But, my fingers are sore.
So why the key change ?
It was written by Cash himself, so only he knew why. It does showcase his low vocal range well, especially the final verse, which is a full octave below the first verse butnin the same key
Andy, you are the best, but I’m afraid you are looking a touch knackered, and seem to rush through stuff now? No problem, perhaps you are very busy with stuff. Maybe have another look or think of an apprentice. Best of.
Haha it's true!
Really need help with that lead line
Can you play piano
