I see I have a professional mode option for my main/ personal profile, but as you mentioned the second profile for our brand/business states to use a nickname or pseudo name which from the info above doesn't allow us to get professional mode on the 2nd profile. I sat there and make sure all my settings were how they should be, and everything went pretty smoothly I must say. However, my problem is that my Page Category is not being displayed on my home screen prevalently under Details. For instance, my profile should say: Details: Page: Arts & Entertainment. As the way it stands now, the user has to tap on "See more details about Chris" and only then will it show them the page category. When I go into my edit details, it shows that my arts and entertainment category is set to public. But then when I go to the actual section to tap on the checkbox on or off to make sure that the category is displaying publicly, the check box is empty and it's greyed out... So what's going on? I sent two reports to Facebook yesterday. No response yet.

My page has been switched over to professional mode for the 4 days or so, however the only place you can see this on my profile is to select about and scroll down to the bottom. So from the above information that you supplied it would suggest that adding a 2nd profile to have a brand/business seperate from your personal profile will not get us "professional mode" for the simple fact the 2nd profile states to use a nickname/ psuedo name and it doesn't require your real name? Which then makes it a mute point since many of us created a 2nd profile so we didn't have to use our real name, go figure! Once professional mode is enabled, can you link it to an Instagram account through business manager? You have to do this to 1) post reels to FB and IG at the same time, and 2) Schedule IG posts through a third party.
Professional Mode doesn't affect anything in business manager, so if you're doing this using a regular profile then you'll still be able to when using Pro Mode

My own FB and IG accounts are so messed up with connections and sharing. My 2 problems to solve are 1) being able to schedule FB and IG posts and 2) sharing IG stories to FB. None of these methods work for me. I reached out to support and they don't know why except the last rep finally mentioned that it has something to do with old content that can't be switched but who knows what the real issue is.

I have 6th option. if you don't still have professional dashboard. just create your own page and you can have it. you can still earn money on the page you created.

Everything a professional mode offers is already on a page. Professional mode is a method that tries to incorporate sone of the features of a page to an ordinary profile.
@@YunaPROwell normally the second account doesn't have your actual name , that's for the main account. So then you can't go professional on your second account.

Yeah, the follow button won't show for every user or for every location that someone sees your profile. But, if someone clicks on your profile, they will be able to choose the option of following you from there.
You fail to mention there's a $14.99 monthly fee to turn on professional mode. So, how does this make us money? Or is this how you make money off us?? I'm confused.
I tried the first four steps, to include having sent Facebook 15 reports over the last six months. Nothing but crickets. None of these tutorials are worth a flip.
If you feel you really need Pro Mode, try step #5 in this video. If you don't really need it that badly, then be patient and you'll likely get access at some point :)
I got meta verified specifically to get support. Support is terrible, I don’t have the option still. They told me not everyone has the option because they are still rolling it out. But my understanding and what their website says is every profile should have this option. They are no help
Not working for me. Made a football fan profile a and it shows there, but not on my main page where I post reels , stories and inspired stuff. 🤦🏻♀️ I don't care to have it on my football fan profile. I want it on my main account. So frustrating. Those restrictions are usually in place for a specific time period. You'll likely just have to wait it out

None of these worked for me. I really wished this worked. The live agents did not help. They said they put me on a priority list almost a month ago.
