#1. If he wanted me to work harder, he should have a clear decision/direction on what he wants. Everyone at the company is afraid of him and basically work just like a robot, just following his order, afraid of talking openly to him. I'm leaving the company. I just wanted to know what he thinks about me.

Pile 2 - Have been hearing from my boss about promotion "round the corner" or promotion coming soon since last 2 years. There is no helpful feedback from my managers for me to grow so not sure what are they polishing me on. I even worked as a manager for a year to prove myself and that I am ready to get onto manager position, but they siloed me when I went on vacation... they removed me from all the manager meetings or responsibilities without letting me know and didn't even talk to me about it once I came back. When I asked, they ended up the conversation in couple of words.
Pile 3- yea, this resonates. I put my 2 weeks in without even having something solid in place. I couldn’t keep going the way I was. Today was my last day. Im in the process of being hired for a new job the divine has sent just 2 days ago that will be just what I need and more. But I’m giving myself 2-3 weeks before I start anything new 9-5 wise. I also have businesses I plan to advertise more and continue to build upon. But yes I am emotionally and mentally and physically exhausted. It’s gotten to a point where it’s effecting my health. So I decided to choose my peace over over working myself for that job. I felt like I was outgrowing my position at a point as well and got even more bored. God will and has always provided for me and my daughter.
Pile 3 is on point. My boss probably sees it or feel it but is more concerned with her work. She probably gives me a few days of rest and that is about it. I definitely want to quit but because I don't have another reliable source of income I have not left. I plan to retire next April and leave all this behind me for good! Thank you Liz here❤👍🙏
