Today is my birthday and my husband is going to the market to buy something for the celebration. He bought shrimp, fruits, vegetables and went in search of cake and fresh flowers. The kind Filipino policemen helped him and he treated them to cake. At home,he wished me a happy birthday. I cook traditional Filipino food pancit. After lunch we took a motorcycle ride to the beach. We found a beautiful beach with white sand. There are palm trees and beautiful tropical nature all around us. There are crabs running on the sand and under the water there is an amazing coral world with tropical fish. A man came up to us and sang a song to his guitar. Then we ate ice cream on the beach and admired the beautiful view. Today we spent another beautiful day on the island of Mindanao.
