No the version which I have taken is not having rocker but you can find the rocker version product in the description link provided
What is the age of your child in this, please? Can this high chair really be used upto 6-7 years in the normal dining chair mode?
His age was 2 years 3 months at that time and this chair can be used till 4 years only as per the description

Yes it’s worth buying you can tune your kid like they will get food by sitting here so that you can feed them peacefully instead at some point they will run and you can’t feed properly so this would help

Yeah foot rest is bit adjustable you can move a bit up the product is best suitable for kids 2 years old
How to remove the legs of chair
You can they are just like connecting points like a pointers for each leg you can press the pointer and can remove them
