Good: false ceiling, car parking space, duplex sitting. Bad: only one bedroom on ground floor of 20*50 ft..! Pooja and other rooms seems scattered on different heights\floors.. Overall, 1000sq ft space could have been used in a better manner..
Interior and furnising is good but 3bed house in 3floors cause huge construction cost and wasted a lot of space It also lack ventilation as this plot has only one side open Rather than this is to take big plot and construct a good space saving house atleast by living 10 feet from 2 side and 5 feet from other two sides
You should have rather explain in easy hindi language, no need to go with English, no one from England is going to buy the property, go through other videos which will help you to describe in easy language
