Good stuff Walking.....towards the end you mentioned nice tree lined roads....just out of interest when the area was first envisioned and planned it was known a a 'garden city' but like most places there has been a lot of building work over the last 10/15 years and that initial appeal and vision has faded a lot.

Grew up in benchill but left 23 years ago, great to see civic square has modernised so much, there used to be the buss station round the back too.
