And if they did provide the documents, they need to disclose who recieved them considering it's being stated that someone involved with two separate inquiries did not get any of the documents being claimed to have been provided. If someone on the receiving end is not bringing the documents to the appropriate parties, then that person must be dealt with accordingly.
